Design And Application Of Monitoring System For Bohai Offshore Platform Based On Rockwell System In Oil And Gas Field

Subject on the in-depth analysis of the offshore oil platform control system architecture, combined with SZ36-lJ platform automation control system demand, completed the platform automation control system of the design, configuration and development, and of control system in the presence of typical problems, namely, process control and equipment control problem, feasible improvement methods were put forward.At first, the paper introduces the necessity and importance of offshore oil platform automation control system, which leads to the Rockwell Automation Company to put forward the Net Linx network architecture of three layers, Control Logix System and Rockwell software platform. The three layer network is based on DeviceNet, the ControlNet based control layer and the information layer based on Ethernet/IP. Rockwell software platform is composed of programming software, network configuration, communication driver and monitoring software.Then the architecture of the platform control system is analyzed, and the requirement of the platform to control the system is analyzed. The overall scheme of the platform is accomplished.Based on the offshore oil platform control three subsystems of the system, process control system, emergency shutdown control system, fire and gas detection control system, respectively, from the network system structure and PLC control program development and human-computer interface design of detailed introduction.Combined with practical production, the last according to the existing control system of typical control problem, namely, process control and equipment control problem, on the basis of in-depth analysis of proposed feasible improvement method, improves the reliability and stability of the control system.At last, the system functions are tested through two aspects of functional testing and performance testing.Research results not only improves the production efficiency of the platform, personnel safety and protection of the marine environment, at the same time as the platform of Bohai oil field in recent sea in urgent need of automation control system transformation provides the reference.
