Different types of chopped carbon fiber through a certain adhesive adhesive into the network body,made of the network body in the insulation materials and adsorption separation materials are used.In this experiment,we prepared the chopped PAN-based carbon fiber network reinforced epoxy resin composites prepared by using phenolic resin as the binder in our laboratory.The following work was also done(1)The effects of carbonization temperature on the properties of chopped PAN-based carbon fiber reinforced epoxy composites were studied.The results show that under the scanning electron microscope,the SCF can be bonded into a three-dimensional network,Carbon fiber network reinforcement in the carbon bond is obvious.The flexural strength,compressive strength and electrical conductivity of CFNR/EP composites are better than those of chopped carbon fiber(SCF)/EP composites.With the increase of carbonization temperature,the residual carbon content of PF decreases,which reduces the amount of carbonaceous nodules in CFNR,and the comprehensive performance decreases with the increase of carbonization temperature.CFNR1/EP(700 ?)The composites of CFNR1/EP composites were improved by 37%compared with SCF/EP composites.The compressive strength was improved by 12%compared with that of SCF/EP composites,the conductivity is improved by 39 times.(2)The mechanical properties and electrical properties of the composite composites were studied by using isotropic asphalt binder as the binder and chopped PAN-based carbon fiber reinforced matrix composites.The results show that a large number of carbonaceous nodules exist between the CFNR fibers in the three-dimensional network structure by scanning electron microscopy,and the interface between CFNR and the resin matrix is also found to be good.In the mechanical properties of CFNR/Epoxy,the flexural strength of CFNR/Epoxy is 20%higher than that of pure Epoxy,which is 17%stronger than that of SCF/Epoxy composites.It shows that the carbon fiber reinforced composites have better enhancement effect in composites.In addition,the carbon fiber network body has formed a conductive path,and the bonding point is excellent in the conductivity of isotropic asphalt,so the shorter conductivity of carbon fiber epoxy resin composite material greatly improved,the resistivity is SCF/Epoxy composite Of the 1/161.(3)Themechanical properties of the composites reinforced with different amounts(13%,18%,22%,27%)of bismaleimide resin powder(BMI)bonded asphalt-based chopped carbon fiber webs and the microstructure of the composites were further studied.To explore the role of adhesive components in carbon fiber network reinforcements and their effects on carbon fiber reinforced resin matrix composites.The microstructure of the material was observed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM).It was found that BMI made the dispersion and orientation of the fibers in the carbon fiber composite material more uniform and improved the interface of the fiber and the resin matrix to a certain extent.The results show that the flexural strength and compressive strength as well as conductivity of CFNR/VE composites increases with the increase of binder BMI contentwithin a certain range of binder dosage.
