| Chinese fish is rich in resources,but fish processing is relatively lagging behind.Portion cutting is one of the main processes of fish processing,the current customization of fish cutting equipment is less,and mainly is foreign products,equipment is expensive,domestic enterprises are rarely used.Therefore,the study of new methods of cutting fish,through the independent research and development with the processing accuracy and equipment costs of the new type portion cutting equipment,is to solve the large quantities of fish products mechanized processing of new ideas in China to develop fish industry mechanization industry background has an urgent practical significance.In this paper,we use the Spanish mackerel along the coast of China as the research object,studied the fish cutting method and cutting equipment design,the specific research is as follows:1)The method of fish body shape extraction based on machine vision is studied.The identification and measurement of the physical characteristics of fish cutting are studied.The visual inspection system of fish body was established,through the background segmentation,edge detection,threshold segmentation and other image processing.Determine the position of the fish head and obtain the contour coordinate information and measure the width variation of the fish in the length direction.They are the data source of the cutting machine.2)Mathematical modeling of fish weight distribution.Based on the similarity of the same kind of fish at the same level,the problem description model of fish weight distribution was established.Considering the density difference of different parts of fish,the segmentation function of fish weight distribution is constructed,body length and width are input,construct two kinds of fish weight distribution function.Through the three-dimensional scanning of mackerel fishes,the points on the outer surface of fishes were collected and the discrete values of the width,cross-sectional area and volume of fishes were measured.The experimental data are used to invert the two types of parameters.The effectiveness of the model is tested by experiment,and the influence of different factors on the precision is analyzed.3)Fish cutting equipment design.We aim at continuous operation of portion cutting of mackerel fishes.Complete the overall design of the cutting machine,structural detailed design and control system design.The equipment uses the industrial camera to carry on the image acquisition to the continuous conveying material on the conveyor belt,the image is processed to provide the data for the model,and the length cutting length is calculated so as to realize,the cutting at the cutting station.By setting the number of segments,the weight,to achieve the automatic continuous cutting,to solve the individual differences irregular shape fish weight,equal cutting problems.Provide technical support for fish processing automation and mechanization. |
