Under the circumstance of fierce market competition and more personalized customers' demand,new requirement on production technology are met for the enterprises.The quality and cost of products is decided by the performance of cutting equipment as one of CNC cutting machine.Recently,lots of domestic enterprises are mainly in the state of manual cutting and blanking,so the development of enterprises is limited.It has an important significance to research CNC cutting machine for multilayer fabric and leather and to improve the market competitiveness.CNC cutting "procedural Cutter" The Cutter ways to effectively improve the cutting cutting efficiency.In this paper,"Process Cutter" Cutter table drive chain condition suffered too much traction and cutting table to cut the main motion control problems,the use of computer-aided process(CAE)technology and fuzzy PID control theory Cutter work station transmission mechanism for the relevant static and dynamic simulation analysis and motion control.The main work and results are as follows:(1)The dynamic load characteristics of cutting table are analyzed.Cutting table in under a complex dynamic load under the condition of the vibration characteristics and strength can not be ignored,this paper firstly builds the mechanical structure of cutting table,and on the basis of the dynamic analysis on the theory of modal characteristics by using the finite element software for cutting table and in the job stress and cutting table the elastic deformation of the simulation analysis,makes the stage under normal operating conditions,stable and reliable.(2)The finite element analysis of the sprocket chain drive assembly is carried out.According to the strength and elastic deformation problems of roller chains,this paper on the basis of the analysis combined with the cutting table in the "window clipping" under the condition of roller chain specific stress in roller chain and sprocket stress theory,by using the finite element software ANSYS Workbench simulation analysis of sprocket wheel and chain components.Simulation the experimental results verify the strength and stability of the chain sprocket transmission assembly.(3)The motion control of cutting table is studied.For nonlinear systems,the PID control effect is not ideal.In this paper,the design of fuzzy PID controller is finished according to the actual condition of the feed motion of the cutting table.And compared with the open loop control,PID control and fuzzy PID control,the experiment results show that the fuzzy PID control has better control effect.Based on the existing non-procedural cutting models,to study the feasibility of increasing the window movement,and to carry out experimental study of the prototype,with a view to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of this design work.
