Study On The Mechanism Of Oil Mixing In Large Drop Sequence Of Finished Oil

With the development of economy,oil and gas transportation play a more important role than before.For the pipeline transportation of oil products,we often used the way of batch transportation.But in fact,due to various reasons mixed oil situation in batch transportation is very serious,especially in the big drop of the pipeline which will greatly increase the amount of mixed oil,Not only reduces the quality of oil but also affect safety and stability.In this paper,Anning-Qujing Oil Pipeline is as an example,in addition,the research on pipeline,station,mixed oil layer detection and other aspects of oil pipeline is researched,and a comprehensive research result is obtained.This article begins from the properties of oil products,analysis the influence of different oil mixing on the product quality and research the existing product oil pipeline transportation at home and abroad,so as to select reasonable delivery order;Based on the theoretical analysis of the mechanism of oil mixing in conveying process,the mixed oil calculation analysis of several practical examples is carried out,and the influence factors of oil mixing are analyzed through these examples;By establishing a dynamic circum-island experiment,field data collection,compared with the theoretical calculation results and analyzes the applicability of the theoretical calculation model in different situation,so as to select the most suitable calculation model of working conditions on site;In this paper,the mechanism of suspension and oil blending is studied,and the comparison and analysis of the experiment and field data are carried out to analyze the influencing factors of the mixed oil situation.The minimum velocity is calculated based on the model under different viscosity,and the recommended velocity of the pipeline is analyzed.Based on fluent software under different models for different working conditions,comparing the situation that mix oil model three kinds of pipeline is analyzed under various working conditions of the mixed oil segment length,thus summarizes various process parameters on the influence of the length of the mixed oil segment.In this paper,the method of different oil mixing interface detection technology is analyzed,and the scheme of the interfacial detection of the ana-qujing oil pipeline is given.This paper studies the oil blending situation of the oil products through the station,and explores the optimization scheme of the station optimization of the oil blending in the tranquillity and qujing oil pipeline.All in all,the various aspects of product oil pipeline to mix oil was studied,the mechanism of and in the design and construction stages are given under different circumstances so as to reduce the oil amount of some Suggestions,so as to guide the actual project.
