In order to ensure the safety and economic in the process of crude oil transportation with different physical properties,we generally need to adjust the heating temperature for different kinds of crude oil,we can call “Batch Transportation with Different Outlet Temperatures”.This kind of transportation process is applied to Dongyin-Linyi parallel crude oil pipeline.The temperature and pressure along the pipeline will change with different crude oil in pipeline.Moreover,the parameters along Dongyin-Linyi parallel crude oil pipeline is complex,so the design and computation of transportation schemes are difficult.Combining a series of efficient numerical simulation methods,we can quickly and accurately simulate the hydraulic and thermal state,which is of great significance for the study on the characteristics and transportation schemes of DongyinLinyi parallel crude oil pipeline.In this paper,the numerical simulation method is used to carry out the research.Firstly,to mathematically describe the process of batch transportation with different outlet temperatures,the mathematical model is estabished.Integrated body-fitted grid is used to discretize physical space.Pre-condition Bi-Conjugate Gradient Stabilized method(Pre-BiCGSTAB)is used to speed up the calculation.Compared with Gauss-Seidel Iterative Method,the speed of calculation is greatly increased and the shorter time is cost to make transportation schemes.Based on the above researches,a set of friendly and versatile simulation software for pipeline transportation characteristics is developed,which can simulate the hydraulic and thermal processes of Dongyin-Linyi parallel crude oil pipeline.To verify the accuracy of the simulation software,the batch transportation is numerically simulated and the numerical results are compared with actual data.The error of inlet and outlet temperature is within 1.5?,relative error of pressure drop is within 20%.It can meet the requirements of Engineering.Based on the given parameters of Dongyin-Linyi parallel crude oil pipeline,There are numerically simulating 52 transportation schemes,which involve different flow rates,mixing ratios,batches and heating schemes.According to numerical results,the influence of different schemes on the process of batch transportation is investigated,and the characteristics of batch transportation are summarized.In addition,the most dangerous situation for every scheme is obtained to analyze the feasibility of successful transportation,which can provide benefical reference for the determination of transportation scheme in the secondary Dongyin-Linyi crude oil pipeline...
