In order to remove the solid and liquid impurities in the natural gas,separation or dust removal equipmentare set up in the transmission and distribution stations.The purpose is to remove suspended solids or liquid impurities,so that it will not plug the pipeline,keep the various equipment on the pipeline normal Operating,and reduce the degree of corrosion of pipelines and equipment.However,from the pig and the downstream operation of the equipment in recent years,the gas station separation equipment dust removal effect is not very satisfactory.For example,in the early detection process of intelligent inspection,there is a lot of dirt of the discharge,Which accounted for the largest proportion of FeS dustr about 2/5,followed by quartz sand particles,oxides,water and other impurities.In the process of cleaning up,the dirt even clogged the pipeline.Because the separation effect of multi-tube separator is not ideal,the filter separator in the rear is often over loaded,and the filter element wasreplaced frequently and the operation cost become higher.At the same time,the problems such as the downstream pressure regulating,the failure of metering equipment and the short operating life of the particles are widespread.If only considering the filter behind the separator,it is likely that the cost savings due to the separator will be wasted because of the frequent replacement of the filter element.And the thickness of the wall of the equipment caused by dust is reduced,the operating life gets shorter and cost gets larger.Establishing "first-class pipeline operation enterprise" needs to guarantee to provide quality of quality to the user.High requirements for the advanced nature of the equipment are put forward,and high requirements are also put forward for equipment operation management.As the country gradually advances the implementation of energy metering,the temperament situation in our country faces a severe test,and the strict control of the particle size and concentration will be conducive to the control of measurement error.Using of multi-tube separators with the advantages of "none-operation" and "none-maintenance" will play an important role in controlling the replacement frequency and cost saving of the filter core downstream.After the dust is cleared and controlled well,the environmental pollution caused by the open operation will also be controlled.The rational formulation of the opening number of the separator will also be reflected in the improvement of efficiency management.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the research on the evaluation and performance optimization of multi-tubular dry separator.Multi-tube cyclone separator structure and the flow field distribution is more complex,in addition to every single tube air movement,their complex turbulent flow in air inlet chamber,dust chamber and the flow of the gas collecting indoor.except the influence of single tube flow,the flow of single pipe,tube and the flow of the indoor air flow are important factors affecting the separation efficiency of the multi-cyclone separator.The paper simulated the different number of multi-tube cyclone separator of the flow field,analyzed the structure of inlet velocity,pressure,density,dust separator and so on various major operating parameters on the separation efficiency of cyclone separator.Finally,through separation efficiency measurement on the spot,the correctness of the simulation result is verified.The paper carried out the separator test evaluation and performance optimization research,it will study the dust removal efficiency of multi-tube dry separator in service situation,and put forward the suitable equipment design structure for gas transmission pipeline in Sichuan and Chongqing,and provide the evidence for equipment operation management scheme,which makes the separation equipment play its due effect,reduce system energy consumption,and ensure the safety of the follow-up equipment instrument operation.The work will produce great economic benefits.
