Based On PLC Controlled Converrter Realizes The Operational Control Of Coke Bucket Car

Coke bucket car is a kind of coke charging equipment for CDQ.It is an important link between coke oven production and CDQ operation.It is controlled as main line equipment in each coking plant and coking workshop.Once the equipment failure causes thermal shutdown time,it will directly affect the stable production of coke oven and CDQ.The thesis confirms manufacturing technique and process characteristics of coke bucket car in dry quenching transport system,in-depth analysis of the requirements of coke bucket car control system.and the control and function requirements are put forward.To realize coke bucket car operational by PLC-control-based converter.The thesis also compares use condition of coke bucket car both domestic and abroad and selects widely-used Schneider Unity QuantumPLC and Siemens SINAICS S120 converter.The thesis puts forward solution that adapts ProtalkQ communication module,as two kinds of converted are unable to communicate directly.After determining the control system structure,the hardware design and software selection of the control system are completed.Main research content includes:(1)Communication configuration and debugging of PCB software.The thesis will also introduce problems easily appearing during the process of PCB designing and corresponding solution.(2)Application method,hardware configuration and program design of Schneider Unity QuantumPLC.The thesis focuses on the part of program design,including design ideas and skills,etc.(3)Hardware selection of Siemens SINAMICS S120 converter,no PG vector control theory,and parameter setting and debugging of STARTER softwareAfter the complete control system is designed,the system is debugged and produced.The result of research indicates:coke bucket car operation realized by converter based on PLC control can fully achieve performance of coke bucket car,and it also has the advantages of high stability,strong anti-interference performance,easy use,maintenance and repair,certain expansion capability,which may obviously reduce electrical equipment failure rate and thermal shutdown time.
