In all kinds of modern industries and enterprises,bucket elevator is an integral part of the production line,the transportation line and the automatic production line.In the transport of materials in the process,with the wear hopper and drive chain,material,makes the life become consumables hopper,in about a year.Xinjiang chemical enterprises on the processing of parts of the hopper has been manual welding.There are many problems in the traditional manual welding,such as low production efficiency,high cost,unstable product quality,large labor intensity,poor welding environment,etc..In this paper,a control system based on motion control card is designed,which is combined with the corresponding mechanical system.In order to realize the automation control in the welding process of the key parts of bucket elevator,the motion controller,VB6.0 software are used in the hardware configuration and software of control system for hopper automatic welding machine in this article,and the hardware composition and software implementation of the hopper automatic welding machine control system are also introduced systematically.The main contents of the project include the following parts:(1)The welding seam of bucket elevator hopper is taken as the research object.Through the analysis of the structure of the welding seam and the analysis results,the weld structure is improved.Analysis of the welding process to weld the improved structure,selected mixed gas shielded welding welding method,and determine the composition of the gas mixture,selected the corresponding welding and related process parameters.Based on the research and selection of the welding process and the welding process requirements,the paper puts forward the basic technical requirements of bucket elevator welding.(2)According to the technical requirements of the bucket elevator welding process,the paper designs the overall structure of bucket elevator special welding machine,and completes the design of its mechanical body.In addition,the scheme of the control system is selected for the NC embedded IPC CNC system,and the composition of the control system is described,and the working principle of the control system is introduced.Finally,the control scheme of the actuator is a high precision closed-loop control system composed of AC servo motor and servo driver.(3)With the control of the overall scheme of the system has completed the hardware structure design of the control system,motion control card and IPC models were determined on this basis;secondly the selection of servo system in the hardware structure,the selection of AC servo motor and the corresponding servo driver.Finally,combined with the relevant welding parameters,the welding power supply and the model of wire feeder are determined.(4)Combined with the overall scheme of the control system,the overall design of the system software is completed.The overall design of the software system includes two parts: the host application program and the lower computer control program.Secondly,the design of host application program is completed,which is mainly about the functional requirements analysis of IPC system software and the setting of human-computer interaction interface.Finally,combined with the main program flow chart of the welding process and the control program of the Gugao motion control card,the welding program of the lower computer is completed.(5)A test bench control system installation is completed according to control system,combined with the test installation of debugging a series control system,complete control of the welding platform actuator,control system hardware structure and other system debugging,the control system through the test bench tests,the whole control system according to design requirements.The control accuracy can meet the design requirements,consistent with the design theory,it is proved that the control system in the practical application.
