Ninghe is located in the geometric center of Beijing Tianjin Tangshan urban agglomeration,with convenient transportation,abundant products,strong industrial foundation and significant ecological advantages.In order to prevent the geological environment problems that Ninghe county may face in the economic construction,it is important for the development of the geological environment,the disaster prevention and disaster reduction,the improvement of the environment and the implementation of the project to carry out the research on the evaluation and prevention and control of the geological environment bearing capacity of Ninghe County in Tianjin.On the basis of the analysis of the concept of the geological environmental bearing capacity of Ninghe County,this paper collects and analyzes the geotechnical geological types,tectonic units,seismic intensity,earthquake disaster zoning,ground subsidence area,building foundation instability,soil and water corrosion,groundwater level,groundwater exploitation intensity and groundwater opening.The distribution status and classification standard of 14 types of geological environment are discussed in terms of mining potential,salinity,endemic fluorosis and land use types.The evaluation system of Ninghe county's geological environment carrying capacity is constructed by analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and comprehensive analysis method.The weight of the calculation index is determined and the mathematical model of the bearing capacity of geological environment is constructed.The weight sum of each index is achieved by using the reclassification and spatial superposition function of GIS.The Arc GIS platform is used to realize the grade division of Ninghe county's geological environment bearing capacity,to obtain the geological environment bearing capacity zoning map of Ninghe County in Tianjin,to draw the bottom line of the geological environment bearing capacity,and to evaluate the geological environment carrying capacity of various grades in Ninghe County,and to put forward the corresponding prevention and control countermeasures.The achievements of the paper are as follows: 1.The geological environment factors of Ninghe county are analyzed,including engineering geology,hydrogeological environment and ecological environment.The analytic hierarchy process(AHP),comprehensive evaluation method and GIS method are used to carry out comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the bearing capacity of geological environment.The classification,numerical size and influence range of the 14 main geological environmental factors are summarized and summarized.2.The Kriging interpolation method is used to determine the extent of fracture structure and the classification of land use fragmentation.3,the evaluation system of the geological environment carrying capacity of the target layer,the standard layer and the index layer is constructed,and the weight calculation is carried out by the AHP method,and the mathematical model of the bearing capacity of the geological environment is constructed.4.According to the natural discontinuity classification method,the geological environmental carrying capacity of Ninghe county is divided into four grades: excellent,good,medium and poor.The results show that the area of excellent bearing capacity is 352.8km2(26.25%),mainly in the Northeast;the area of good bearing capacity is 384 km2(28.58%),mainly in the north;the area of the medium bearing capacity is 404.7 km2(30.12%),mainly in the middle and south,and the area of the poor bearing capacity is 202 km2(15.03%),mainly in the southeast.5.On the basis of the poor bearing capacity of geological environment,it divides the bottom line of geological environment bearing capacity,and puts forward the prevention and control methods which conform to the geological environment problems in Ninghe county and the Countermeasures for the development of the bearing capacity of the villages and towns.
