Southern Shaanxi is in QinBa mountain regions, the geological conditions are complicated , diversity of the rock and soil is obvious, high mountains and deep vales, the storm is heavy and high rate what are prone to result in geological disasters which become a danger to the construction and running safely of highway. Therefore, it is very urgent and important to evaluate the hazard of the geological disaster of Sorth ShaanXi along the highway. But with the intensification of the highway disasters, the highway geological disasters information were accumulated and the data added sharply, so these data were unable to be maken use of quickly and effectively by the traditional methods. It is the best and the economical way to save, dispose, utilize and display the disasters information with the system of highway geological disasters was established by technique of fast developing of recent GIS. There are both theoretical and practical significance to start the research.Based on the collection of relevant reference and yield investigation, geographic and geological environment conditions of the highway from Ankang to Ziyang, type and influential factors of the geological disasters in research district were analyzed in the paper. The distributing features of spatial, temporal and force of these disasters, were also summarized. With these studies, combining spatial database of the geological disasters, the geological disasters database system of the highway was established, which served the purpose of inquiry mutually, management of highway geological disasters information.According to features of highway geological disasters ,the method of three-level fuzzy comprehensive judgement was used to evaluate the risk of geological disasters along the highway which affected comprehensively by multi-disasters. Combining with the attribute information and features of recent geological disasters, system and classification standard of the geological disasters assessment index that suited to highway were established, the AHP was applied to assure the value of indexes. On the basis of merit of the model in this paper, the method of expert experience was applied to qualified stationarity and the ration...
