Corn deep processing wastewater belongs to high concentration organicwastewater,its composition is complex and its treatment is difficult,If not handledproperly,it will cause serious water pollution.Therefore,it is the key to guarantee thesustainable and healthy development of corn deep processing industry to do well in thedischarge and reuse of deep processing wastewater of corn.In this paper,a typical corn processing enterprises in Jilin Province as the basis,nview of the existing wastewater treatment process can not meet the standard dischargeand reuse of water,it is facing the status of upgrading,a combined process of chemicalphosphorus removal-A/O-MBR was proposed,the mixed water in and out water ofEGSB process in the enterprise sewage treatment station is used as the test water,aself-designed and manufactured chemical phosphorus removal-A/O-MBR combinedprocess test device,the efficiency of combined process for treating corn deep processingwastewater was simulated,to explore the applicability and economy of the combinedprocess,and to provide technical support for upgrading and upgrading of wastewatertreatment process.The main contents of this research include the experimental study onthe operation parameters of chemical phosphorus removal process in combinationprocess,the study on the efficiency of combined process for the treatment of corn deepprocessing wastewater,and the cleaning technology of membrane fouling phenomenonin three aspects.Adopting pre chemical phosphorus removal process,Adding sequence of PAC andCaO phosphorus removal chemicals combination,The suitable dosage was selectedaccording to the influent TP(total phosphorus)concentration,the removal rate of TPwas as high as 95.22%,the total phosphorus content of effluent is stable between2.35~4.53mg/L,p H is between 8.128~8.834,the average amount of alkalinity is191mg/L,the effluent quality can meet the requirements of the subsequent biologicaltreatment unit.The operation of the combined process pilot plant was stable during the test,TheCOD,NH4+-N,TP,TN,SS and turbidity in the combined process can meet thedischarge standard of the water pollutant discharge standard of starch industry(GB25461-2010),which can meet the discharge standards,at the same time,it meets the "recycled water quality standard for recycled water"(HG/T3923-2007),which can beused as supplementary water for circulating cooling water in enterprises.Monitoring and analysis of TMP,EPS,SMP and mud cake in membrane foulingprocess of combined process,auxiliary surface electron microscope(SEM)techniqueswere used,the membrane fouling behavior and components of membrane fouling wereanalyzed,the off-line chemical cleaning scheme was worked out accordingly,aftermembrane cleaning,the flux recovery rate is over 98%,which can be reused.In conclusion,the combined process of chemical phosphorus removal and-A/O-MBR can be used as the technical scheme for upgrading and upgrading thesewage treatment process.
