Corn deep processing industry water consumption,heavy pollution,its production process will produce a lot of high concentration of organic wastewater,the end of the treatment is very difficult,such as the disposal of improper disposal into the water body,will cause serious water pollution.Under the situation that the water resources are becoming more and more serious and the pollution emission standards of corn deep processing industry are becoming more and more serious,it is the key to promote the sustainable and healthy development of corn deep processing industry to make the wastewater treatment and reuse technology upgrade,and realize the utilization of waste water resources.This paper is based on a corn development Co.,Ltd.in Jilin Province,according to the technological upgrading of enterprises water A/O wastewater treatment technology of high phosphorus?EGSB water?,low COD,low C/N,pollutant removal effect is not stable,the introduction of EGSB to enterprise EGSB effluent water?high concentration organic wastewater as supplementary carbon source?as a mixture of the raw water,the chemical phosphorus removal and A/O-MBR process in maize deep processing wastewater.This research mainly includes the design,fabrication and erection of the immersion type A/O-MBR test device,study on chemical phosphorus removal and optimization of combined dosing,study on the efficiency of A/O-MBR treatment of corn deep processing wastewater,membrane pollution and its cleaning technology research and other four aspects,the aim is to provide technical support for the upgrading and reconstruction of wastewater treatment process.Chemical phosphorus removal agent and combined dosing optimization study showed that,PAC,CaO combination of sequential addition,total phosphorus TP can get a stable,expected removal effect;the raw water TP concentration between 75.3 86.0mg/L,PAC 700mg/L dosage,CaO dosage of 600mg/L order adding the total phosphorus removal rate is 96.85%,The total phosphorus content of the effluent was stable between 2.462.85mg/L,and pH between 8.4278.534.The water quality of the treated water meets the needs of the subsequent biochemical treatment process,and the test results are repeatable.Visible,chemical phosphorus removal as the pretreatment unit of the A/O-MBR process is applicable and feasible.Experimental study on the effect of A/O-MBR process on the treatment of corn deep processing wastewater,A/O-MBR system has a stable removal effect on the corn deep processing wastewater,and the operation is stable,system out of water COD,NH4+-N,TN,SS and turbidity is better than the recycled water quality standard?HG/T3923-2007?requirements for water quality,At the same time to meet the starch industrial water pollutant discharge standards?GB25461-2010?in the indirect discharge standard,among them,COD,NH4+-N,SS and turbidity and other indicators are better than the standard of direct discharge.Experimental study on membrane fouling and cleaning technology,By means of scanning electron microscope?SEM?,the formation of membrane fouling and contamination components were analyzed,and the solution of off-line chemical cleaning was worked out.The flux of membrane could be recovered more than 98% after cleaning.In conclusion,application of chemical phosphorus removal and MBR combination process to treat corn deep processing wastewater is of practical and economic benefit,can be used as the basis of enterprise wastewater treatment process technology to upgrade the technological plan.
