Multi-rope Friction Hoist First Rope Replacement Program Research

Mines at home and abroad the main hoist used in the operation of ascension are single rope winding hoist and multi rope friction hoist,the use of wire rope by type can be divided into the first-rope,tail rope,brake rope,static rope categories.In this paper,we study the most difficult of multi rope friction hoist to replace the first-rope replacement process.At present,most of the metal and nonmetal mine adopts the first rope replacement plan to build more early plan,due to involves safety,time limit for a project,the limitations of field devices,field sites and so on factors,most are reluctant to adopt new solutions.In recent years,technological innovation quickly,special equipment update,on the old plan replacement cycle,Labor intensity on the job,job security,there is change of space can be optimized.Research and discuss the main significance of this paper is to summarize the current most of the metal and nonmetal mines using replacement scheme,one by one analysis of advantages and disadvantages,and combined with the present technology and special equipment update,optimize the various solutions,to achieve optimal,for the future of metal and nonmetal mines in multi rope friction hoist first rope replacement work can play a real role in guiding.
