Study On The Washing Of Stains On Cotton Garment

The garment is easy to be stained with the stain type is rich in the life.Washing stains on garment is an indispensable link in the process of taking clothing.People's demand for washing clothes is more refinement,with the eco-friendly philosophy gradually into the heart.People put forward higher requirements for garment washing.Previous studies on purification of stains are mostly performance index tests for the products of detergent,washing machine manufacturers and Research Institutes.Whether manufacturers or Research Institutes are not from the perspective of the whole garment in the washing experiment,they are only in the form of cloth.And the damage and pollution caused by excessive washing are not considered in the evaluation system.This paper is from the perspective of the whole garment,change the form of the pollution cloth sewn on the load cloth,and sew the pollution cloth directly to the corresponding clothing contaminated sites,make garment sample close to the dirty condition in people's daily life,and then carry on the washing experiment of stains on cotton garment,find out the influence degree of each factors affecting garment washing on the experiment and the best optimal combination to wash the cotton garment,to facilitate the daily washing of people and provide energy-efficient washing scheme.At the same time,the washing machine and detergent manufacturers can also expand the aspect of study,conduct product segmentation in order to get more market value.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Collection and arrangement of preliminary data.On the basis of consulting and referring from previous studies,the causes of the formation of various stains,the main existing clothing parts,the stain composition and the preparation method of the contaminated cloth were collected and sorted out.(2)According to the questionnaire and field interviews about the stains on daily garment,understand the main types of stains on cotton garment,the status of pollution and its distribution,prepare the corresponding pollution cloth,and sew the pollution cloth on the corresponding parts of cotton garment,in order to make garment sample close to the dirty condition in people's daily life.(3)By means of orthogonal experiment design,the washing experiment of stains was carried out.The washing temperature,washing strength,washing time,the type of detergent and the amount of detergent were used to carry out the orthogonal test with five factors and four levels.Through the comparison of the experimental abluent ratio,it is concluded that the order of the strength of factors affecting the washing effect of stains.And then combined design the washing process that most reasonable and superior for cotton garment.(4)Under the premise of water temperature is different in four seasons,control the washing temperature,and then respectively on the washing strength,washing time,the type of detergent and the amount of detergent for orthogonal test with four factors four levels.Through the comparison of the experimental abluent ratio,it is concluded that the better washing method can be used in view of the four seasons water temperature is different.(5)Detect the abluent rate of various parts of the garment,meanwhile detect other parts of the garment whether received pollution again by stains separated from the pollution cloth,as well as the situation of washing and wear in the process of washing.(6)Under the same condition of washing,compare the washing effect of the pollution sewn on the garment fabric and the pollution sewn on load cloth,to find out whether the washing rate of pollution cloth on two kind of carrier is different.This paper discusses the relatively new field in washing of stains on cotton garment,do some exploration and accumulation of the theoretical study about the washing of stains on garment.Through the study of the determination of the washing method to give some practical guidance for people's daily washing.The study direction provides certain reference for product design and production of detergent and washing machine manufacturers.
