Polyester fine denier fabric has the advantages of softtouching texture, gentle and natural luster and so on,and it is popular with consumers. However, due to the large amounts of non-ionic surfactants used in the finishing process, the heat transfer of disperse dyes leading to the decrease of color fastness and the change of color and other problems.Based on this, the effect of finishing on the heat transfer of disperse dyes on the fine denier polyester fabrics was studied.Aiming at the problem of heat transfer of disperse dyes in the finishing process, the non-ionic surfactant AEO6 was selected as the simulation assistant, and the heat disperse disperse dyes were selected. The influence of the concentration of auxiliary agents, finishing factors, disperse dyes and concentration on the thermal migration of dyes were studied. The effects of finishing agents and kinds of finishing agents and finishing process factors on dye thermal migration, color fastness, finishing effect and washability were studied. The main results are as follows:(1)When the dosage of the simulation agent P was 4 g/L,the baking temperature was 180 degrees, and the time was 60 s,the thermal migration of disperse dyes was relatively large, but the color fastness was still above 4 levels. In contrast to the thermal migration of disperse dyes, and the disperse dyes with small thermal migration and good color fastness are selected. These dyes were disperse red ERD?disperse yellow ERD?disperse blue HACE 100%?disperse blue W-RS?disperse violet ERD and disperse black W-GSN,respectively.(2)Compared with the flame retardant T-886,the flame retardant M-1 has good flame retardancy, and less influence on the thermal migration of disperse dyes. When the flame retardant M-1was in an amount of 6wt%,finishing solution pH was 4 or so,curing temperature was 180 ?,time was 90 s,the continued burning and smoldering time was 0S and damaged length was 7.4 cm.Meeting the state B1 grade standard, the color fastness can reach 4 grades; When the flame retardant M-1 and urea compound with the ratio of 1: 0.6,the total amount of 8 wt%,the flame retardant effect can reach the B1 level standards, disperse relative Less heat transfer, fabric color fastness increased; After finishing, the fabric has good flame retardant effect after 20 washing.(3)Compared with the non-ionic antistatic agent SEP8260,the cationic antistatic agent DM3726 has better antistatic effect and less influence on the thermal migration of disperse dyes. When the dosage of antistatic agent DM3726 was 9 g/L,the pH of the finishing agent was about 5,the baking temperature was 180 degrees, and the time was 90 s,the half life of the finished fabric was 1.5 s,which meeted the national A-level standard and the color fastness wasat 4grade.It is found that the heat transfer phenomenon of disperse dyes on fine denier polyester fabric is obvious during the finishing process. The relative heat transfer of disperse dyes is different from that of finishing agents, and the processing technology is different. The study found that some large molecular weight,or disperse dyes two formamide or phthalic ester structure containing coupling component in the relative heat transfer quantity is small, the cyclic phosphate ester flame retardant M-1 and cationic antistatic agent DM3726 on dye heat transfer effect is small, has good finishing effect and less heat transfer can disperse dyes by optimizing the process, color fastness can reach level 4.
