| Short process liquid disperse dyes/pigments dye decorative polyester/nylon/cotton fabrics and whose flame retardant finishing have many problems.The effects of 31 liquid disperse dyes on the dyeing properties and color fastness of 3 fabrics(cotton、polyester/nylon、polyester/nylon/cotton)were studied.On this basis,the dyeing properties of three liquid disperse dyes(R-MP、Y-MP、B-MP)were prepared and evaluated.Then,mixed the same color of dyes and pigment(R-202,Y-301,B-203).The co-bath dyeing conditions of liquid disperse dyes/pigments which meet the requirements of light,medium and dark colors were investigated.And the effects of dye additives(three thickeners(PTF-S,PTF-W,PTF-O),migration inhibitor MP and five surfactants(D-2,1815,AEC-10,MOA-9,FMES)on dyeing properties were investigated.The flame retardant finishing process of cotton fabric by U-V curing and the flame retardant finishing process of polyester/nylon/cotton fabric by high temperature baking were studied by means of vertical combustion,LOI value,thermal properties(TG,MCC)and SEM.The research results showed:1)Partial liquid disperse dyes have good color fastness on cotton fiber,and are suitable for dyeing polyester/nylon/cotton fabrics regardless of the degree of cotton stain.For example,5 dyes with higher K/S value(red 121,blue 183:1,blue 309,red 881,red 135)and 6 dyes with lower K/S value(blue 77,yellow 163,blue 291,blue 183,yellow 211,blue 284:1).2)Partial liquid disperse dyes are suitable for dyeing 2 kinds of fabrics(polyester/nylon,polyester/nylon/cotton),which have good color fastness.For example,six dyes(red 121,red 135,blue 183:1,red 152,blue 60,red 4088)were darker on two kinds of fabrics.Except that the wet rubbing fastness of 7 dyes(red 60,red 73,red 167,red 177,red 179,red 881 and red 887)is 2-3 grade,the rest 24 disperse dyes in polyester/nylon/cotton fabrics have a wet rubbing fastness of at least 3 grade.3)Three liquid disperse dyes(B-MP,R-MP,Y-MP)and three pigments(R-202,Y-301,B-203)dye the polyester/nylon/cotton fabrics,when controls the proper concentrations of dyes and pigments concentrations,that are 0.5%/0.1%,3.0%/0.4%,7.0%/0.2%respectively,which are suitable for polyester/nylon/cotton dye as light color,medium color and dark color.Optimization of the baking temperature is 185℃ to 195℃,and the curing time is 70-80s.Which can obtain better dyeing and rubbing fastness(grade 4 and above).Adding thickening agent,anti-phoresis agent MP and FMES in the dyeing bath can improve the evenness of the same bath dyeing.4)Using U-V curing can improve the water resistance of the flame retardant cotton.Optimized process is as follows:25%ETMM resin,35%flame retardant AN,organic silicon softener S 4%,2%of the APP,BP initiator was 1.5%,2.0%TAIC,U-V power 16 W,ultraviolet treatment time is 20 min,curing temperature is 180℃,the curing time is 2 min.The flame retardant performance is up to class B1.This is related to the decrease of heat resistance of flame retardant cotton fiber.5)Flame retardant FRC-1 and AN can improve the flame retardancy of polyester/nylon/cotton fabrics,while flame retardant TF-610,TF-612,phytic acid and CA are not suitable for flame retardant finishing of polyester/nylon/cotton fabrics.Optimized process of the flame retardant finishing of polyester/nylon/cotton fabrics:30%of FRC-1,curing temperature is 160℃,the curing time is 1 min;The LOI value is 32.9%,the fabric is still fibrous after burning,and the elongation at break of the fabric decreased little.The effect of "flame-retardant finishing before dyeing" on dyeing performance is small,and the flame-retardant performance is excellent... |
