With the improvement of people's quality of life,ordinary household textiles have been unable to meet the needs of the modern society,and various types of functional textiles have begun to enter the public's view.Among them,sofa is the necessity of most family,office,its easy decontamination also receives more and more attention.In this paper choose common gel pen,ball-point pen,marker pen ink stains,using wet cotton cloth which containing certain moisture scrubbing on the Martindale tester doing decontamination experiments,offered a wash method for sand release easy decontamination performance.Putting forward objective evaluation and subjective evaluation to study the decontamination performance of fabric The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the main influencing factors that influence the removal of ink stains are the type of ink stains,and then is the times of wear-resistant Martindale,the Martindale wear-resisting instrument pressure and cloth moisture content.Secondly,the best experimental parameters for the effectiveness of solid release are: 40% moisture content of cloth,and 395 g for the Martindale wear-resistant instrument.The rotation is 40 times.Thirdly,subjective and objective evaluation methods can evaluate fabric decontamination performance.The former evaluated the test samples according to human senses and developed five grades.The latter put forward two indexes of P and R to evaluate the decontamination performance of fabric.Fourthly,the type of fabric has a certain effect on decontamination performance.Leather fabric is better when scrubbing markers,ballpoint pens,gel pen ink stains.The decontamination effect of flocking fabric is worse than that of plain texture when cleaning three kinds of ink stains.
