With the continuous improvement of the modern textile design level and the application of ergonomic principles,the development of intelligent textiles has been accelerated.Leg exercise is a good exercise for the function of the knee joint,but too much exercise can cause knee joint wear,even it will easily damage the knee joint during exercise.High elastic kneecap textiles play an important role in alleviating knee impact,reducing the wear of knee joints and protecting the body from movement damage.Therefore,it is necessary to study the high elastic kneecap textile and its performance.This paper mainly studies the design method and weaving technology of high elastic kneecap textile.The raw material selection,elastic covered yarn technology and knead knitted technology are studied.According to the pressure distribution requirements of kneecap,the structure and technology of kneecap textiles are designed.Combining the modeling of the coil structure and the calculation method of stress and strain of the yarn,the pressure distribution of the kneecap is theoretically analyzed.Through the experimental test and research method,the pressure test of the test-woven kneecap was tested,and the correctness of the theoretical study was verified.The main contents and results of this paper are as follows:(1)The high elastic kneecap textile use spandex and polyester heating fiber as the main raw material,Through the research and improvement of the coating process,the analysis of the properties of the coated yarn,and the analysis of the spandex yarn's mechanics,drafting ratio and covering degree,the elastic wrapped yarn has good performance.(2)According to the requirements of the product standard of pressure socks,structure design and knitting technology of textile design kneecap,technological parameters of kneecap textiles,hosiery machine timely adjustment and correction of process parameters,The designed kneecap product meets the requirement of pressure gradient change(3)Spline function is applied to establish the winding function model of weft knitted fabric.The distribution of pressure of kneecap textile is calculated by theoretical calculation of the structural parameters of the coil model and the stress and strain condition of yarns.(4)Study on the flexible fabric pressure test method,based on the Flexiforce flexible pressure sensor as a pressure acquisition device,a pressure test platform for flexible textiles is built based on data acquisition module,and the real-time collection of pressure data is carriedout.;Through the analysis and processing of test data by LabVIEW graphics processing software,the data visualization of pressure changes in different parts of kneecap can be realized,and the consistency between theoretical calculation value of pressure distribution and actual detection value is verified.Through the research on the technology and performance of high elastic kneecap textiles,this paper solves the structural design and pressure test problems of kneecap textiles,and the kneecaps developed well satisfy the design requirements.
