The comfort of garment has been one of the most characteristic which customers demand on now, along with people's standard of living having been improved ,the require of comfort will be higher .Pressure comfort is one of the garment's collectivity pressure, and it has a positive effect on body's comfort. Consequently, the research for the comfort pf the comfort of garment can't ignore the pressure comfort of garment.The clothing with elastic fiber have the trend of fashion, and developing elastic fabric is one of the direction which the clothing material developing importantly, the joining of elastic fiber will improve the wearing keep and fit for body. If the content or the way of joining is unsuitable, it will carry biggish garment's pressure and do harm to wearing comfort even human heath, so this discussion has a research on the elasticity and pressure comfort on elastic fabric.First of all we research on the elongation of Creora elastic fiber, common import elastic fiber and common domestic elastic fiber .result shows the six sample for testing are above 400%. The stress of elastic silk elongating 300% is about 1.5CN, elasticity restore are all above 97%, only less than 3% have transmutation. Comparing with others, Creora elastic fiber has better elongating elasticity.The extending elasticity of cotton knitting with elastic fiber are mostly demand on the capability of material ,proportion, organize frame, knit technics parameter ,neatening technics and so on. This text carries through fabric organize frame designing and set different technics parameter to knit fabric, then text the fabric in extending elasticity, analyse the elasticity capability of cotton knitting and knit which joining with different brand ,yarn sending speed ,tension. Educing the better the elongation and restore capability of knit joining with elastic fiber, the better the elongation of fabric is.Under the same density conditions, the elastic recovery rate increased first and then decreased with the feeding speed accelerating. Therefore, it must exist a best feeding speed can reach maximum of the elastic recovery rate.In order to study after-washing performance and analyse the various parameters, we washed the samples with different detergent. The result shows that the bleach and oxidant detergent caused the flexibility decreased and the elastic properties of the fabric deteriorate with the increase of washing times. Also ,the elastic properties loss less after hanging dry than tiled dry. We designed the apparel pressure test system which adopted the SCXI (Signal Conditioning extensions for Instrumentation) Series as hardware and LabviewTM8.2 procedures as software. Each functional modules of the program are assembled to a whole test system. Particularly we choose the FlexiforceA201 sensor which can avoid the shortcomings of the traditional pressure tester. After the data analysis, we conclude the regression equation which concerning the elongation, elastic recovery rate and apparel pressure and it surely do some help in fabric selection and structural design.
