Liquefied petroleum gas occupies a great proportion of China's energy market.LPG cylinders as a liquefied petroleum gas storage container have the advantages of high reusability and convenient transportation,therefore are widely used.Market holdings over 300 million LPG cylinders.According to the requirements of relevant national standards,LPG cylinders require regular hydrostatic test during manufacture and service.At present,the domestic and foreign markets do a lot of research on the cylinder hydrostatic testing equipment,but there are still some problems such as low efficiency and large manpower demands in practical application.It can't meet such a large number of cylinder testing demands.In order to solve problems of low efficiency,large manpower demands and data low accuracy caused by current manual detection,a set of multi-station liquefied petroleum gas cylinders hydrostatic test line was designed.Firstly,the relevant technical requirements of hydrostatic test are analyzed,and the device was mainly divided into three parts: the visual identity line,the water injection rod and multi-station test car were proposed from the mechanical point of view.Based on the multi-station liquefied petroleum gas cylinders hydrostatic test line characteristics and control difficulties.According to the mechanical design of the equipment,a corresponding logic control plan is proposed,which achieves the coordination of multiple stations and improves the production efficiency.Optimized three details in the hydrostatic test car water injection,pressure boost and drainage phase.According to the branch pipe network hydraulic model calculation,adjust the pump parameters to solve the problem of insufficient water when the multi-bottle water injection.Proposed a water injection rod eccentric circle plan,to achieve the purpose of improving the drainage speed without changing the diameter.Through the finite element analysis,got the amount of cylinder expansion,and the characteristic selection of high pressure pump was completed.And the host computer program,based on Windows and VB.NET,using modular programming and multi-threaded technology,was applied on test line automation,real-time supervision along with data read and record.The test line was used in the factory to verify feasibility and stability.At last,according to this paper design,manufactured test line to verify its feasibility and stability.The experimental results show that,automatic hydrostatic test works well on above test line.More importantly,the test line effectively decreases the average detection time,reduces the labor of workers,and increases production efficiency,data accuracy,as well as economic benefits.
