Because of their light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance,the cylindrical parts made of three-dimensional textile composite material have strong demand in many fields such as aerospace,energy transportation and architecture.But the braiding technology is used to weave the three-dimensional tubular fabric normally,and the braiding efficiency is low,unable to meet market demand.And for the existing three-dimensional tubular loom,due to the lack of tightening mechanism,the binding tension caused by the circumferential yarn tension is only as tightening force,and this results in the unstable production process and the perform quality.It is important to develop a three-dimensional tubular loom with high efficiency and stable production.In order to make up for the shortcomings above,a new three-dimensional tubular loom is designed,which improves the weaving efficiency by using knitting method.At the same time,a new tightening mechanism is equipped to make the woven fabric highly compacted without affecting the product's geometry and quality,and has good stability.In this paper,the virtual prototype technology is used to model the initial model of the mechanisms in the three-dimensional design software UG NX 10.0,the dynamic simulation analysis software ADAMS is used to do simulation analysis of the mechanisms,and the finite element analysis of main parts is carried out in ANSYS Workbench.The results of the analysis is used to improve the design,and finally the optimal design of each mechanisms is achieved.This paper mainly studies the following aspects:(1)With the composite thin cone-type tower structure of wind turbine as a design object,the structure,weaving principle and weaving process of three dimensional tubular fabric are designed.The basic parameters of 3D fabric are determined.(2)On this basis,the three-dimensional tubular loom for weaving this kind of fabric is designed.The conceptual model of the loom is established in UG NX 10.0software,and five main mechanisms,weaving principle and main technical features are introduced in detail..(3)The main mechanism and knotting mechanism of the loom are designed in detail,and the optimum parameters of each component are obtained by ADAMS simulation.(4)the other main mechanism of the loom,the rotary mechanism is carried out detailed design,and ANSYS Workbench software is used to optimize the core components for meeting the design requirements.(5)Finally,ANSYS Workbench is used to analyze the dynamic properties of the fram structure,including the modal analysis and harmonic response analysis,and these provide a reference for improving the vibration resistance of the frame.
