Current Domestic and foreign researchers have given a high degree of attention on three-dimensional textile technology,and in some areas we have also achieved fruitful results.Now it has been able to produce a variety of complex shape preforms,as well as special requirements of the preforms,etc..Nowadays,With the rapid development of science and technology,people hope that the quality and performance of the composite material are getting higher and higher.Therefore,it has become the common goal of many researchers to develop a more prominent three-dimensional textile structure composite material.In this paper,we mainly study the 3D multi axis woven fabric as the research object.First of all,its organizational structure,weaving principle and weaving process are introduced in detail.Then,the parametric function model of the various mechanisms of the 3D multi axis loom is established in the mechanical system dynamics simulation software ADAMS.Through the simulation analysis of various mechanisms,the optimal design of the mechanism is realized.According to the simulation results,the three-dimensional design software Pro/E is used to model and assemble the machine and the mechanism of the 3D multi-axis loom.And then the simulation analysis and design study of virtual prototype of three-dimensional multi-axis loom is carried out in the ADAMS software,and the finite element analysis of the frame of the loom is also completed in ANSYS/Workbench.Through the collaborative design,analysis simulation,and optimization of the design process between design software,the requirements of fabric weaving and the work performance of the loom have achieved the best.The main contents of this paper are as follows:The first,the multi-axial woven fabric structure is designed,and the a three-dimensional model of the fabric is established in Solid Works,its weaving and weaving principles ars determined;Second,In order to achieve full interwoven fabric a new type of dual-directional shedding mechanism is researched and designed,the dual-directional shedding mechanism can be controlled both branches,and also overall controlled;and the simulation analysis to its performance of kinematics and dynamics are done.Third,according to the characteristics of multi axis woven fabric,a parallel beating method is proposed.In order to make the parallel beating-up mechanism,the optimum design of the mechanism is obtained.The optimal parameters of the mechanism are optimized.The optimum structure parameters of the connecting rod structure are obtained.The combination of ANSYS and ADAMS provides the basis for the design and structure of the mechanism.Fourth,The Six bar linkage is used as weft insertion mechanism.The optimum design of the mechanism is carried out based on the optimum driving performance of the mechanism.;And the paper also proposes a new multi-jet weft insertion method,and then the method is described in detail.It provides a important reference to realize multi-jet weft insertion technology.Fifth,Dynamic Analysis(including modal analysis,harmonic analysis,harmonic response analysis,transient response analysis)are carried out in Workbench ANSYS,which provides a reference for improving the anti-vibration of the frame.
