The main factors is one of the main characteristics of deep underground engineering in a high stress environment,the exploitation of underground engineering are carried out under the condition of high stress,rock burst,collapse,large deformation and high force disaster become deep rock soil engineering safe and efficient mining,accurate measurement of deep stress field it is of great importance to determine the stability of rock mass and disaster forecast and prevention and cure.Ring hole stress release method is an effective method for a measurement of surrounding rock stress of,the ring hole non complete stress release measurement method can improve deep high stress measurement accuracy,but not yet mature and general release device.Therefore,this paper is the stress release process and equipment to carry out research work on this method,first developed the surface of surrounding rock stress release ring hole drilling rig,solve the problem of continuous transmission force change information surface should be the release process,realizes the real-time measurement of the variation of the stress release in drilling rig structure;optimization;simulation the stress of surrounding rock drilling release process by using ABAQUS software,the analysis reveals the release rule,aperture,hole spacing and other factors on the impact of the release results;finally release the device independent research and development success in the Hongtoushan Copper Mountain deep roadway underground 1200m in the surface of the surrounding rock stress release in situ test,summed up the release process.The results show that the device is convenient and effective.
