Design And Imple Mentation Of Intelligent Control Component For Opencast Large Scale Coal Mining System

At present,the domestic and foreign coal mining technology changes with each passing day,the original single bucket excavation mode,the truck transport mode from the mining area has been unable to adapt to the current technical requirements of coal mining modernization.The wide application of large scale coal mining system in the open pit is extremely urgent.In this paper,the intelligent control hardware design of open pit large coal mining system is studied,and the PLC program is researched and compiled.Meanwhile,the monitoring equipment of mining system is designed.This article through to a large open-air coal mining equipment intelligent control unit control theory and design scheme were studied in detail,conducive to the effective control of coal mining enterprises of the mining system,so as to further the every process of coal mining through intelligent control to improve the efficiency of coal mining.In this paper,the application background of open-pit large coal mining system is sorted out,and the structure,structure and environment of the system are introduced to provide the basis for the research of the system.The basic theories of PID control,fuzzy control and neural network control are expounded.Through the electric control system,the hardware in the control system of intelligent display system design,the detailed design of the system hardware and intelligent control unit,solves the problem of the hardware selection and communication module.Working principle of the PLC software system through CODesys again to open large coal mine is expounded,the PLC control program in detail design,implementation of the PLC program of intelligent automation control system,to solve the system control software.Finally,through the monitoring interface and software monitoring system of large open-pit coal mining system were designed,using Kingview software and monitor display interface development,realize the design of a large open-air coal mine monitoring system,monitoring functions include user login,alarm records and record parameters and parameter setting interface,to ensure the safe and stable operation the system,solves the problem of monitoring and operating system.In order to test the stability of continuous mining system,the fuzzy control of various production processes for the principle of the system was optimized,and selected the Inner Mongolia China Bayan No.two opencast coal mine actual mining verification,compares the system of mining economic and social benefits,and both the efficiency and stability of the original mining system obviously increase.
