Energy is the guarantee of economic development.With the prosperity and development of the economy all over the world,the demand for energy is more urgent.In the long run,the use of new energy is recognized as a trend,but when science and technology are not yet fully mature,coal is still the most abundant resource,and is still the main raw material of energy supply.Roadway engineering in deep underground,compared with other engineering work with small space,poor lighting conditions,spatial structure instability,caused by roadway construction safety accident casualty rate is particularly large,how to ensure the safety and stability of excavation in coal mining is a live topic in motion.Bolting is a relatively mature technology of roadway support technology,although there is a relatively rich experience,but the basic theory and design methods have many shortcomings,it is because of empiricism prevailed,resulting in safety evaluation of roadway supporting people just a single reference to previous projects to find the main cause.No accident,and summarized through the scientific method.?1?firstly introduces the characteristics of the basic theoretical knowledge of deformation bolting structure,working principle and the surrounding rock;secondly on the interaction between surrounding rock and support of surrounding rock,the constitutive relation of the mechanical analysis.?2?In order to Xutuan mine roadway bolting structure as an example,using FLAC3D finite element analysis software to establish the model of roadway bolting structure,numerical simulation analysis,the bolting before and after the change of vertical stress and vertical displacement,plastic zone change rules.The stability of bolt support is verified.?3?by summing up the project accident cases,the weights of various accident causes are found by using the chromatography analysis method.That is,roof fall,spalling and object blow.By strengthening the support and security management,the cause of the accident happened the discriminant method of conditional probability using Bayesian network.After the bolt support,the probability of the death accident of the roof fall and the piece support is obviously reduced,and the effect of the bolt support is further verified.Through the design and numerical simulation analysis of the support structure of Xu Gang Mine,this paper can provide corresponding practical experience and theoretical basis for the construction and design of similar underground roadways.Although the safety accident assessment method used in this paper is an ex post evaluation,it can provide reference for the follow-up project,and has certain engineering reference value.
