Leather,refers to the hair removal and tanning and a series of physical and chemical processing,the resulting modified and not perishable animal skin.There are few studies on the braided structure of leather fiber bundles,and lack of three-dimensional quantitative characterization.Referring to the 3D image reconstruction technology in medical research field,the 3D digital model of chrome tanning leather fabric is established,and the reconstruction method of the network structure of sheepskin leather is developed successfully.Mainly include:1.Research on image acquisition of leather samples based on 3D reconstruction:Firstly,The paper established the quality evaluation method for 3d reconstruction leather cross-sectional image,and then using the image edge gray change rate as the definition evaluation index,studied the influence of microscope parameters and metallographic sample preparation process conditions on image quality,including the influence of embedding resin impregnation method,vacuum,post curing temperature and time,polishing time,microscope focal length and exposure time on the cross-sectional image quality,and determined the optimal acquisition conditions of fiber bundle boundary clear section image: unsaturated polyester resin as embedding resin,the addition amount of curing agent accounted for 1 % of the resin mass fraction,in the impregnation.2.Image acquisition of sheep leather sample sequence:The paper gets the section sequence image by layer by layer,and takes artificial grinding operation.by controlling the grinding time and strength of the sand paper,the layer spacing of the obtained sequence 2D image is controlled around 11 um,and 68 sequence cross section images are obtained.3.Research on 3D reconstruction of sheep leather fiber network:The paper chooses the appropriate image preprocessing software to denoise and enhance the acquired sequence image Through the registration software developed by ourselves,the registration of two-dimensional image sequence is realized;The 3D-doctor software was used to reconstruct the leather fiber bundles.By marking each individual fiber bundle as different color and number,the individual fiber bundle alone or the whole display,using the measurement and analysis function of the software,obtaining the surface area,volume and bending angle of each target fiber bundle,calculates the leather fiber bundle volume occupancy.
