Rice bran is made from seed coat,endosperm and embryo processing,which is a byproduct of rice process.It is mainly stored in the cell wall of rice caryopsis cortex.Its nutritional composition has not been developed at this stage.In recent years,people to rice bran in-depth research and development,its main physiological activity and rice bran as raw materials to produce a variety of rice bran health products have been gradually understood by the people.But there is no perfect rice bran polysaccharide and dietary fiber quality standards to control the quality of industrialization.In this paper,the water,ash,fat,protein,heavy metal content and pH of rice bran polysaccharide and rice bran dietary fiber were tested and analyzed according to the national standard of the People's Republic of China.The research contents are as follows:(1)the establishment of rice bran polysaccharide quality standards;(2)the establishment of rice bran dietary fiber quality standards;(3)Fingerprint characteristics of rice bran polysaccharide.Analysis and discussion of experimental results,to be accurate and convenient way to establish a more comprehensive control of rice bran polysaccharide quality standards.Analysis and discussion of experimental results,to be accurate and convenient way to establish a more comprehensive control of rice bran polysaccharide quality standards.(1)the establishment of rice bran polysaccharide quality standardsThe phenol-sulfuric acid method was used as the basis for the detection of polysaccharide content of rice bran in the quality standard of rice bran polysaccharide.The principle of phenol-sulfuric acid for the rice bran polysaccharide under acidic conditions is broken down into monosaccharides,and rapid dehydration to produce sugar aldehyde derivatives,and then the reaction to produce orange material,and finally measure the absorbance and calculate the content.Determination of pH,moisture,ash,fat,protein,heavy metal and other parameters of rice bran polysaccharide according to the national standard of the People's Republic of China to ensure that the result is within the stipulated range.(2)the establishment of rice bran dietary fiber quality standardsAccording to the method specified in GBT 5009.88-2008,the total dietary fiber,insoluble dietary fiber and soluble dietary fiber were used as the basis for the detection of rice bran dietary fiber quality by enzyme-gravimetric method.Determination of pH,moisture,ash,fat,protein,heavy metal and other parameters of rice bran dietary fiber according to the national standard of the People'sRepublic of China to ensure that the result is within the stipulated range.(3)Fingerprint characteristics of rice bran polysaccharidea.Determination of hydrolysis conditions and detection of hydrolysatesThe optimum conditions for the hydrolysis of polysaccharides,including the hydrolysis and partial hydrolysis of polysaccharides,were determined by experiment.The hydrolyzed product can be directly detected or derivatized before being tested.b.Fingerprint acquisitionThe fingerprints of rice bran polysaccharides were established.The optimal conditions of polysaccharide hydrolysis were determined by experiments,and the corresponding fingerprints were obtained by the appropriate method to detect the products of hydrolyzed polysaccharides.c.Evaluation and application of fingerprintThe rice bran polysaccharides were extracted in different batches and the corresponding chromatograms were obtained according to the stated method.The similarity analysis software was used to analyze and compare the obtained characteristic maps,and the fingerprints and characteristic peaks were identified.Considering the specific situation,the method of applying fingerprints was established.
