Rice bran is the by-product of the rice produced in the process of machining, with rice bran as raw material, research and development of all kinds of rice bran products, is the focus of research at home and abroad. With rice bran as raw material, this study in rice bran polysaccharide high pressure acid process, preparation of buccal tablet, rice bran polysaccharide, buccal tablet quality standard, verify the stability of rice bran polysaccharide buccal tablet. The main results were as follows:1.With rice bran as raw materials, the use of high pressure, acid extraction of rice bran polysaccharide, on the basis of single factor experiment, design of experiment with orthogonal experiment table to optimum conditions screening of rice bran polysaccharide is 0.2% sulfuric acid solution concentration, extraction pressure 0.1 MPa, liquid solid ratio of 20: 1, the extraction temperature 100℃, average measured rice bran polysaccharide content was 91.27%. Through the test in rice bran polysaccharide extraction test and comparative analysis of rice bran polysaccharide extraction process is stable, and has good reproducibility, meet production requirement.2.Through the analysis on the behavior of rice bran polysaccharide, granulating, tablet appearance, hardness, texture, etc as the evaluation index, the design of rice bran polysaccharide buccal tablet prescription, rice bran polysaccharide buccal tablet was determined by the selection of the optimal prescription, namely for rice bran polysaccharide 8 g, mannitol 10 g, microcrystalline cellulose 12 g, calcium carbonate 8g, citric acid 0.4g, magnesium stearate 0.4g, and 60% alcohol in moderation. To test in rice bran polysaccharide buccal tablet, the results showed that rice bran polysaccharide buccal tablet production process stability, and good reproducibility, meet production requirement.3.Selects the amylose content in rice bran polysaccharide, rice bran polysaccharide content determination indexes of buccal tablet, making rice bran polysaccharide, rice bran polysaccharide buccal tablet quality standard. Method is simple, rapid analysis, high precision, good reproducibility, without interference, stable content of polysaccharide in industrial production, can well control the quality of this product.4.Through the study of the effects of rice bran polysaccharide buccal tablet pilot sample factor test, accelerated test, the results comply with the provisions of the rice bran polysaccharide buccal tablet quality standard draft, showed that rice bran polysaccharide buccal tablet with stable quality.5.On the basis of rice bran polysaccharide extracted pilot test results and related specifications, combined with the actual situation, the preliminary design of rice bran polysaccharide extraction workshop, intends to establish rice bran polysaccharide production line.
