Iron and steel plays an important role in the economic development.Converter steelmaking is an important link in steel production,which directly determines the quality of steel production.Accurate online monitoring of converter steelmaking state has always been a difficult problem to be solved in metallurgical industry.The online comprehensive monitoring of converter steelmaking is conducive to improving the quality of tapping,reducing production costs,improving automation and achieving energy saving and emission reduction,which is of great significance in metallurgical process.However,because of the high temperature in BOF process,complex chemical reaction,with the raw materials,the instability of steel tapping strictly,converting process is affected by many factors and other reasons,makes it difficult to have a single method of converter steelmaking state the whole process of good monitoring effect.The whole process state monitoring of converter mainly monitors the possible problems in the converter and controls and predicts the end of the steelmaking.In order to monitor the effective state of the whole process of converter steelmaking by using four kinds of monitoring methods.The oxygen lance and sonar slag mainly monitor the quality of molten steel which may occur during the converter blowing process due to poor slag.Two-color infrared temperature measurement and flame spectrum analysis are mainly used to predict and determine the end point of converter.The combination of the four methods can monitor the multiple factors of the converter and eliminate the larger errors and factors caused by the single method.The principles of the four methods are introduced and the monitoring scheme is designed.A monitoring system for infrared temperature measurement and oxygen lance vibration is set up.The system composition,sensor selection,hardware selection,data acquisition and communication methods are described in detail.According to the monitoring needs,we analyze the software requirements,design the overall framework of the software,and illustrate the application of multithreading technology,MFC technology and XML technology in the software design process.Modularization of software design process is mainly divided into parameter module,graphic display module and data acquisition module.The key is data acquisition and processing module,and the data processing flow and algorithm are introduced.The process of data processing and the algorithms used are introduced.Finally,the software running process is shown.The infrared temperature measurement system is set up and the interface and simulation state of the vibration system of the oxygen lance are introduced.Compared with the endpoint temperature of the converter steel water and the end temperature of the factory measurement,the feasibility of infrared temperature measurement is explained.The effect of the end flame of the converter on the infrared temperature measurement is analyzed.
