The development of the city depends on the natural environment,and river as an important kind of natural environment,not only pregnant with the birth of the city and promote the spread of civilization,also push the development of the city strongly,it is the foundation of the urban landscape and the important part of urban ecosystem.As one of seven major rivers in China,haihe river is the largest river in the north of China and it also the tianjin’s mother river.Thus,governancing and optimizing the water quality of Haihe River has vital significance for ecological and economic development of Tianjin.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign research,this paper built a water quality model of Haihe River by the fluid dynamics.This paper divided the secondary river watershed and combined the method of rainwater runoff estimation to calculate the secondary river flow under the different rainfall conditions,and summarized the water quality regular of control section between the Haihe River and pollutions from secondary channel by simulating several typical rainfalls.According to the fact that secondary channels carrying a plenty of pollutions cause the water quality exceed standard,this paper put forward two kinds of control strategies.One is control the water quality of secondary channel into the Haihe River.Shooting method is used to determine the pollutant concentration of secondary channels allowed to drain for ensuring the control section water quality up to standard.Then,calculating every secondary river’s pollution reductions and drain the standard water into the Haihe River.The two is control the secondary draining flow through the pump station or gate.In order to guarantee the control section water quality exceed standard,this paper use PB neural network and genetic algotithm to reverse secondary draining flow optimization and got the optimization scheme which can make the water quality meet the requirement.
