The cross-section shape of band saw blade is closely related to the cutting quality of wood.In order to prevent the back phenomenon of band saw blade in cutting process,the cross section of the band saw Blade is machined to the section shape of the middle thin with two sides thick.On the market,the existing band saw blade roller presses are manual processing equipment,plastic effect depends entirely on the experience of workers and poor processing quality.In order to improve the processing quality,a kind of automatic shaping equipment with saw blade is designed,which can realize the automatic roll pressure of the cross section of band saw blade and reduce the labor intensity of the workers.This paper mainly designs the mechanical structure and control system of the automatic shaping equipment of the band saw Blade,and analyzes the static simulation of the main force components of the equipment.The design of mechanical structure includes the design of force-applying mechanism,deformation detection mechanism and radial moving mechanism.Analyzing the important components of the applied force mechanism,carrying out the theoretical calculation,applying the ANSYS finite element analysis software to the static simulation analysis and calculation,the parts which cannot meet the force requirements are improved,and the parts satisfying the force requirements are finally obtained.Through analyzing the detection principle of deformation detection mechanism,the detection scheme can be determined,according to the mechanical installation size of the testing parts,apply CAD software design drawings can get the correct installation size of the testing parts.The paper analyzes the realization form of the radial moving mechanism,designs the mechanical structure drawing and obtains the overall design drawing of the radial moving mechanism.The Solidworks three-dimensional drawing software is used to model and simulate the whole mechanical structure of the equipment to determine the rationality of the whole mechanical mechanism.This paper analyzes the control object and signal acquisition object of SCM control system,completes the control experiment of stepper motor,and designs the main hardware circuit of the control system.In this paper,the mechanical structure of the automatic shaping equipment is designed according to the design drawing and simulation calculation,and the automatic control system of the equipment is designed.The equipment has the advantages of simple structure,high precision and automatization,which reduces the labor intensity of workers,improves the processing efficiency and has strong market competitiveness.
