The improvement of TFP(Total Factor Productivity)can measure the performance of a country's economic growth. In the traditional study, scholars measured a country(region)economic growth by putting capital and labor as inputs, and GDP as the output. However, today we consume more energy and there are limited capacity of the environment,in this context, the Total Factor Productivity is traditional and unscientific without consideration of energy and environment. This article will use the method of Data Envelopment Analysis to measure Green Total Factor Productivity of Chinese provincial, and compares it with the traditional measure of Total Factor Productivity to reveal the differences between them.Secondly, considering the spatial correlation of green TFP of china, this article analyze the spatial effect to clarify the dynamic changes of TFP in Chinese provincial, and then explore China's overall relationship of green TFP based on the method of social network analysis. Finally, spatial panel model is used to study the factors of influencing the green TFP.The conclusions of this paper are as follows:1)TFP of the provinces is falling;2)The multi speed growth of green TFP between different regions is obvious.3)Technological progress and technical efficiency have great difference;4)The green Total Factor Productivity have spatial correlation;5)The industrial structure, the energy consumption structure, the energy strength have an important influence on the green TFP growth, and the trade openness can promote the growth of green TFP.Based on the above conclusions, the paper puts forward the policy suggestions for reference mainly from the following aspects, including technical efficiency and technological progress, reducing the dependence on energy, and the establishment of carbon emissions monitoring system, etc.
