In the pipeline,freshwater fish processing before fish grading and back attitude adjustment process is a group of closely related processes,head forward setting has been a technical difficulty.Foreign fish processing equipment is the basic sea fish as the object to design and manufacture.In china,the relevant domestic production line were low degree of automation and high degree manualm intervention.Developed suitable processing equipment for freshwater fish.It is an important way to promote domestic freshwater fish farming industry and related processing industry running.Using modern design methods like dule design method.The entire production line is divided into six modules.Combined with the characteristics of fish and the actual production environment.Propose the design ideas about grading mechanism,the fish body posture adjusting mechanism,scale removal mechanism,resection of head and tail mechanism,the cutting mechanism and visceral cleaning mechanism.And set up the three-dimensional model in SolideWorks.we analyzed and optimized the grading and attitude adjustment mechanisms.The feasibility analysis of attitude adjustment mechanism of freshwater fish body was carried out,Adams software is used to simulate the movement of fish on a vibrating table.Setting four parts of the centroid point,trajectory is obtained,Analysis of trajectory showed that the fish in the joint effect of vibration along the table moving forward.The head end orientation is completed in this peocess and the dorsoventral orientation is completed in the gradient slipway.Finally,head forward and tail back,back is in the upper and the abdomen is below.Slip away from the chute in such a gesture.The feasibility of fish posture adjustment program is verified.
