As important operating mechanism of roadheader,the performance of shipping agency directly affects the overall machine applicability,production eficiency,working performance and service life.The research of shipping agency and the dynamic characteristics of working performance under different conditions is of great significance to improve the comprehensive performance of roadheader.In order to consider the vibration characteristics of the structure and key components,the natural frequencies of the six and a description of the corresponding modal characteristics are acquired by modal analyses of the first aircraft fuselage,star wheel and the shovel.Through dynamic simulation of chain transmission in view of ADAMS software,the dynamic characteristics and the curves of contact force between the sprocket and the flat ring are determined in the start-up and steady working conditions,and the relationship between ring and sprocket are analyzed on account of contact force curve;at the same time,the dynamic characteristics of the sprocket and the chain ring are measured by transient dynamics analysis under start-up or chain blocked condition in ANSYS environment.ADAMS software utilized,the velocity,angular acceleration and acceleration of centre of the shovel are calculated based on the assembly model simulation of the shovel,and main beam and outrigger of shovel are optimized.In order to study the dynamics response of the shovel with the change of load,the displacement,equivalent stress,equivalent strain under different load and the position easy to produce stress concentration are obtained by transient dynamics analysis in ANSYS environment.Through the analysis of the static blade assembly under heavy load conditions in ANSYS environment,the regular distribution of equivalent stress of chain and connecting ring are obtained,scraper are optimized.Based on the statics analysis of star wheel,the fatigue life of star wheel is calculated by the fatigue tool,and its life and weak position are predicted.In ANSYS environment,dynamic features of the spring,screw,locknut are achieved by the static and dynamic analysis of the first conveyor tensioning device,pre-compression is ascertained.Optimization of actuating device,which is dual motor drive,are gained by the Static analysis of spline shaft and sprocket assembly model under heavy load condition.The project does not take advantage of the traditional design concept,but utilizes virtual prototyping technology.The project depends on the data analysis of key parts,the characteristics of structure by means of simulation software of mechanical system dynamics and finite element software,the defects and weakness are detected so as to provide the basis for the reasonable design scheme.
