Since the 1950s,perfluorinated compounds(PFASs)have been widely used in the field of industrial production and life because of their excellent thermal stability, chemical stability, high surface activity and hydrophobic and oleophobic properties. At present,PFASs have become global organic pollutants and widely exist in various environmental media, especially in water environment.PFASs not only have toxic effects on aquatic animals and plants, but also bioaccumulate in highly nutritious organisms through the food chain, endangering ecological security and human health. Therefore,it is important to control the pollution level of PFASs in the water area. After entering the water environment,PFASs will undergo a series of migration and transformation, and suspended particulate matter(SPM)and sediment is one of the ultimate fate.At present, most studies are limited to the distribution of PFASs in water and sediment, and there are few studies on the distribution of PFASs in water,SPM and sediment. Therefore,in this paper, the combination of SPE pretreatment and HPLC-MS/MS was used to investigate the effects of 17 PFASs(including 13 PFCAs and four PFSAs),and to study the distribution behavior of PFASs by calculating the partition coefficient between SPM-water and sediment-water.Specific conclusions are as follows:(1)PFASs were found in the three media of Dalian Bay.The total concentrations in surface water of Dalian Bay was ranged of 8.03?13.86 ng L-1.The main pollutants were PFOA,PFBA and PFBS.The concentrations of PFASs in surface SPM of Dalian Bay ranged from 3.47 to 22.17 ng g-1 dw.The main pollutants were PFBS,PFOS and PFOA.The total concentration of PFASs in the surface sediments ranged from 1.49 to 2.66 ng g-1 dw.The main pollutants were PFOA,PFBS and PFBA.(2)In the surface water, located in the western part of Sanshan Island in the area of the vortex, the water flow rate is slow, resulting in the most polluted area.Surface SPM,by the impact of large factories and domestic wastewater sludge, polluted coastal areas.Due to the impact of the oil pipeline explosion in 2010,the heavy use of fire-fighting foam resulted in a large concentration of PFASs in sediments near Dagu Mountain.(3)The partitioning behavior of PFASs between SPM-water and sediment-water shows that long-chain PFCAs and PFSAs are more easily adsorbed to the solid phase whereas short-chain PFCAs are more likely to exist in aqueous phase.
