With the continuous development of social economy,environmental awareness is also increasing.Sulfur dioxide in boiler flue gas has become the focus of emission control.Among the existing industrial sulfur dioxide treatment schemes,wet ammonia desulfurization has many advantages such as high desulfurization efficiency,no secondary pollution and less energy consumption.The boiler flue gas of a company adopts wet ammonia desulfurization process.However,since the system was put into operation,pipeline leakage,ash deposition in the desulfurization tower and flue gas tailing often occurred,resulting in the failure of normal separation of ammonium sulfate products.The unstable desulfurization system has seriously affected the overall production and operation of the company.By analyzing the pressure,gas composition,solution composition and other parameters in the actual operation of the desulfurization system,this paper studies the factors affecting the normal operation of the desulfurization system,and puts forward some measures,such as optimizing the material of the pipeline in the concentration section,canceling the bypass of the dust collector,replacing the damaged cloth bag,optimizing the internal structure of the circulating tank,cleaning and replacing the nozzle in the absorption section of the desulfurization tower,and optimizing the lifting cap,so as to do the corresponding shutdown work Vehicle maintenance plan and technical transformation plan.After the technical transformation of the desulfurization system,the parameters of the actual operation of the desulfurization system have been significantly improved.The p H value of the absorption solution can be controlled within a reasonable range,the amount of ammonia water can be reduced by half,the oxidation conversion rate of the solution is more than 99%,the production of by-products can be increased,and the quality of the products can meet the first-class requirements.Through the technical transformation,the company’s boiler flue gas desulfurization has been able to operate stably,reduce the operation cost,and meet the national environmental protection requirements.
