In the production of cotton combs,the overall production process parameters need to change with the length of the fiber and the change in spinning count.However,for most combed textile companies,there is no rapid design method for combing process parameters.Once raw material and product requirements are changed,the setting process of process parameters nowadays is not only time consuming,but also less accurate.Nowadays,modern efficient combers are widely promoted,making the combing production efficiency continuously improved.The combing process is also rapidly developing into an intelligent era,and the process parameters are set to be highly efficient and accurate.However,the current combing process parameters,especially the setting of related parameters such as the noil spacing and the separation roller timing,which have a great influence on the noil catching rate and combing quality,do not have a full set of reference standards and cannot be set efficiently and accurately.Therefore,In the design of a new generation of combers,there is an urgent need to develop a set of rapid design methods for process parameters,and to the intelligent development of combing processes.In order to realize the intelligence of the combing process,this topic will be divided into three parts for research.1.Analyze the design method of noil spacing.Through theoretical calculation of noil collection rate,the relationship between the theoretical noil rate and the separation distance,the analysis of the relationship between the separating gauge and the noil spacing,and the calculation of the short pile removal coefficient.2.Analyzed the design method of cylinder positioning and overlap scale.The effect of cylinder positioning and lap scale on the quality of combing was analyzed from the simulation calculations and test tests of CV values of cotton nets.Simultaneously,through the calculation of the length of cotton net tails and the calculation of abnormal cotton yield,cylinder positioning was studied.The effect of overlapping scales on the rate of abnormal nodding.The results of the study show that:(1)The calculation method of the cotton standoff distance is obtained.According to the estimation of the elimination coefficient of short cashmere,the calculation of the theoretical noil removal rate,the relationship between the theoretical noil removal rate and the separation gauge,the relationship between the separation gauge and the noil spacing,the relationship between the actual noil removal rate and the noil spacing can be obtained.Calculate the required noil spacing based on the actual noilage rate.(2)The design method of cylinder positioning and lap scale was obtained.When the cylinder positioning 36 points,lap scale "0",the best quality of the cotton net;when the cylinder positioning 36 degrees,lap scale than "0" hours,the amount of irregular cotton is less,on the cotton The minimum impact on the rate;comprehensive analysis,the selection of Xilin positioning,lap scale design: Xilin positioning 36 degrees,lap scale is "0".(3)Combining the design method of related parameters such as noil spacing,lap scale and other combing parameters,take JSFA588 comber as an example to formulate a complete set of combing production process table for the enterprise.Fast process parameter settings provide guidance.
