In order to change the logging technicians' traditional working mode which stays a long-term on the wellsite,the remote operation mode is gradually introduced into mud logging technology.In this context,how to use the remote operation mode in the mud logging technology to enable the logging technical personnel to know the situation of the drilling site in the rear of the base,so as to realize the remote operation,and it becomes a problem that the logging company needs to solve urgently.Based on the actual needs of logging companies,this paper researches and implements a remote expert decision support system for oil logging.The system includes two parts: remote transmission and decision support platform.The remote transmission adopts the intelligent acquisition instrument developed by my internship,which collects and transfers the well data to the rear of the base,and provides data support for the subsequent decision.The decision support platform adopts the three-layer architecture based on the.NET platform and combined with the SQL Server database management to realize the three modules of the wellsite data monitoring,well trajectory monitoring and engineering anomaly warning.Wellsite data monitoring provides data monitoring services.Well trajectory monitoring will compare well trajectory with actual wellbore trajectory.If deviations exist,adjust the trajectory of actual drilling in time.Engineering anomaly warning is to set up engineering abnormal early warning model to predict possible engineering anomalies.This paper takes a typical well leakage accident as an example,uses the libsvm toolbox to perform SVM modeling and trains mud logging data to obtain a well-leakage early-warning model to achieve well-drainage early warning during drilling.The system developed in this paper can provide drilling engineers with wellsite data monitoring,well trajectory monitoring,engineering anomaly warning and other services,which can reduce the number of workers in the well and the manpower and material resources of the drilling site,and improve the economic benefits of drilling.
