Floods Asylum Migration Key Technology Research And Application Of Decision Support Systems

Through analysing the origin cause and attributive character, have established the focal point of refuge and protecting work .meanwhile,analyse the calamity body , point out the design and planning principles of the place in the flood disaster, and analyse selecting site in the flood disaster.refuge. Then move the decision theory to analyse to the big flood.Combine present GIS and RS technological development trend fully , apply network analysis and spatial analysis technology to choose the route, Based on the principle of shortest time in the course of salvation. Designing DSS model on the basis of the thing that the dotted line is combined, the model has utilized ARCGIS network analysis and spatial analysis, use Model Builder to design, adopt COM technology model to transfer. Finally, this paper research the function of DSS in flood disaster, the systematic function is made up by database, model base, knowledge base and basic function. It describes the design and developing of each function, and has proposed the technological scheme of feasibility to systematic realization. Takingarea of Dongting Hu as an example , structure the prototype of DSS based on GIS. The research results have offered valuable experience for succouring decision work in flood disaster.
