The connecting rod bushing is a key component in diesel engine.When assembling,insert the connecting rod bushing into the small end of the connecting rod,which is connected with the piston pin.Its role is to avoid direct contact between connecting rod small end and piston pin to prolong the service life of the connecting rod.The early wear,erosion and ablation of the connecting rod bushing will block the oil hole and cause the accident.Therefore,performance of the connecting rod bushing will directly affect the working reliability s and the service life of the diesel engine.The power spinning process technology is an effective method for machining cylinder.It has advantages of non cutting process,non material loss,high significant economic benefits.The connecting rod bushing is prepared by the power spinning process,which has advantages of good mechanical properties and can meet the design requirements of the product.But the strong spinning process has many parameters.And there are interaction effects between each process parameter.The traditional process design and adjustment by making several trial that relys on the simple formula and the designer's experience.It solved the selection of process parameters in a certain extent.But due to lack of the theoretical basis and scientific computing,it is hard to get the best process parameter combination,waste materials,and Lead to the low production efficiency,the long production cycle.In the past,the research mainly focused on the influence of the strong spinning pressure on the forming quality and the optimization of the process parameters.and seldom consider the interaction between process parameters.In fact,the effect of the interaction between process parameters on the forming quality of connecting rod bushing is not negligible.In this paper,combining modern optimization theory with numerical simulation technology.Establishing the 3d geometric model of the stagger spinning based on pro-e and establishing the finite element simulation model of connecting rob bushing stagger spinning based on Simufact.The object of this paper is the connecting rod bushing.The effects of the main process parameters of the power spinning process: the reduction ratio,the feed rate,the spindle speed on the axial force,the reduction in the first spinning wheel,the axial offset on the material uplift during the spinning and the evaluation index of dimension precision after spinning pressure: wall thickness difference and inner diameter precision after spinning were studied based on the method of single factor rotation.Based on the fractional factorial experimental design and consider the interaction of the two factors to study the effect of the processing parameters and their interaction on the wall thickness difference and inner diameter precision and to select the important interaction effects.The 16 groups of test data were obtained based on orthogonal experiment method considered the interaction by numerical simulation test of stagger spinning under different parameter combination conditions in end.The grey correlation degree and average gray correlation degree by calculated of the wall thickness and diameter precision based on the method of grey correlation degree.The effect of the processing parameters and their interaction on dimensional precision was obtained.The results show that the optimized process parameters considered the multi-objective optimization of the stagger spinning was obtained by the method of grey correlation degree analysis.
