Because detection result is more reliable and more accurate,cost is lower and efficiency is higher,ultrasonic automatic detection technology has been currently a research hotspot in ultrasonic detection.However,because of its high development cost,strong specificity and long development cycle,ultrasonic automatic detection is not widely applied in ordinary industrial production.In this paper,we studied “ultrasonic automatic inspection accessory product family of cylinder parts on a lathe”,in the production of different types of CNC lathe cylinder parts,use ultrasonic automatic detection technology to detect Cylindrical workpiece,improve the detection efficiency and reduce the cost of detection.Firstly,the paper made a theoretical study of ultrasonic automatic inspection accessory product family of cylinder parts on a lathe in general,divide it into four modules based on the idea of modularization and its function,and it falls into two kinds with the idea of product family :the product family of the vertical lathe accessories and the product family of the horizontal lathe accessories.Determined the typical system of TK36 machine tool.Secondly,researched automatic scanning module according to function and machine tool structure.According to the design cycle of automatic scanning module,designed automatic scanning device applied in TK36 machine tool.And the automatic detection of the cylinder workpiece on the TK36 machine tool has been completed by the film overflow method.Thirdly,discussed the signal acquisition and processing module based on digital flaw detector.Introduced the principles,functions and parameters of digital flaw detector.In the typical system of TK36 machine tool,chose PXUT-330 digital flaw detector to detect Cylindrical workpiece,processed defect data stored in the flaw detector through computer communication software,Realized the judgment of the defects in the workpiece.Finally,devised the LabVIEW data acquisition system based on analog flaw detector,and planned its functional modules.Tapped the LabVIEW data acquisition system for the typical system of TK36 machine tool,used CTS-23 analog flaw detector +AC6684 card to collect the ultrasonic signal,employed 51 MCU to control acquisition process,the signal was processed and displayed by LabVIEW.
