Ultrasonic automatic detection system of CNC machine tools is a highly integratedseries detection system which is a set of CNC machine tools, ultrasonic inspection systemand computer as a whole, use the modular design of the product family as its theoreticalguidance . The system make CNC machining and ultrasonic testing organic combine,canachieve on-line real-time detection for the seized workpiece.This article has studied the CNC machine tools Ultrasonic Automatic measurement andcontrol system,first combined with the modular design of the product family moduledivision and functional analysis of the composition of the control system of ultrasonic testing,the types of machine tools, inspection workpiece shape complexity and detection systemofthe degree of automation, and analyzed many other factors which affect the measurementand control system,on the basis study and classification of the controlled object detection ofthe control system.Follow,aim at the different machines and detection, bring forward three controlimplementation such as active control method, feedback control and the minimum systemcontrol method, and discussed the corresponding algorithm.Finally, use the singlechip for the controller to drawing the control system hardwarecircuit and to write the software program for the model control system.use the PROTEUS andKEIL software simulation and debugging of hardware circuit and software program to verifyits feasibility.
