Investigation And Study On The Resource Utilization Of Livestock And Poultry Manure By Farmers In FK County

In the era of high-quality development,China is actively promoting the governance of rural living environment,striving to achieve coordinated development of economy and environmental protection,and accelerating the realization of sustainable agricultural development.However,in the development of agriculture,the discharge of livestock and poultry manure causes environmental pollution and resource waste,which restricts the modernization and high-quality development of animal husbandry.In 2019,the No.1 Central document explicitly required that the utilization of manure and sewage resources in major animal husbandry counties be fully covered.In 2022,the No.1 Document of the CPC Central Committee once again clearly stated that resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste should be carried out to promote the realization of rural strategy and green agriculture.Liaoning province actively responds to the policy of resource utilization of livestock and poultry breeding waste,and guides the areas under its jurisdiction to recycle resources and improve utilization efficiency.FK as a larger agricultural county in Liaoning,known as the shenyang "back garden" of reputation,the county-wide total 19 villages and towns of livestock and poultry waste,2million tons of large-scale 57 farms,pig farms of 10,cow 27 farms,cattle farms,five mutton sheep four farms,a large number of livestock and poultry waste unregulated emissions lead to the region of livestock and poultry manure utilization ratio is low,The ecological environment was severely damaged.This paper takes FK County of Liaoning Province as the research area,combines existing literature,and studies the fecal and sewage resource utilization behavior and influencing factors of poultry farmers based on the theory of farmer behavior,circular economy theory and sustainable development theory.In case of fk1-FK county area,on the basis of introduced from livestock and poultry waste recycle process,the use of subjects,using the way and efficiency evaluation,the problems existed in four aspects content description of animal manure fk1-FK recycling use present situation,and the farmers individual characteristics,breeding characteristics,recycling use cognitive characteristics and external environment characteristics of descriptive statistical analysis.The binary Logit model was constructed to explore the influencing factors of manure and sewage resource utilization behavior of livestock and poultry farmers.Empirical study found that the cultural level of livestock and poultry farmers individual characteristics and physical health,aquaculture farming income characteristics of years,the cognitive characteristics of waste resource utilization degree of attention and the harm of pollution to the environment of livestock and poultry dung,the external environment characteristics of farmers’ cooperatives these six factors on the resource utilization of animal manure behavior has significant influence.According to the conclusion,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward: improve the quality of farmers,enhance the main participation in the initiative;Encourage multi-party cooperation to innovate the resource utilization model of livestock and poultry waste;Strengthen publicity and improve the cognitive level of fecal resource utilization;We will improve government policy support and increase financial support.
