| Every year,a large number of agricultural wastes are produced in our country.However,the utilization rate of agricultural waste is low in china.Every year a large number of straw was burned,a large number of livestock and poultry manure was discarded or randomly discharged,resulting in serious environmental pollution,serious harm to human and animal health.Waste is not being made full use of agricultural waste materials,the remaining material is generated in the process of agricultural production,is a kind of valuable agricultural resources.Fujian Province,less arable land resources,the effective use of agricultural waste,will greatly improve the restrictions on the number of people.But to achieve the comprehensive utilization of agricultural wastes is a long arduous task,not only to change the traditional production way of life and ideas,but also to the development of support from many agricultural wastes,but more important is the need for the active participation of farmers.As for the problem of the utilization of agricultural wastes,there are few researches in the field of natural science at home and abroad,which are less from the perspective of farmers,and the research is less in Fujian province.This paper first estimates of Fujian Province agricultural waste type and quantity scale,and the main existing disposal methods and its effect are analyzed,that Fujian Province agricultural waste production is large and stable yield in recent years.The distribution of crop straw is uneven,the crop yield of grain crops is reduced,and the economic crops are increased.Straw burning will cause haze weather,traffic accidents,damage to the soil and other hazards;livestock manure emissions will cause eutrophication,heavy metals and other hazards.In the part of empirical analysis,this paper uses the questionnaire data and establishes a discrete choice model of two variables to investigate the utilization of agricultural waste and its influencing factors.The empirical results show that:Farmers' education level,health status of farmers caused a significant positive effect on the actions of resource utilization of crop straw,farmers higher level of education,the body more healthy farmers choose taking the possibility of resource utilization is greater;two more households cultivated area agricultural labor population family the greater the proportion of farmers,farmers take the possibility of crop straw resource utilization is greater;three farmers on the straw resources utilization in the higher cognitive level of farmers,crop straw resource utilization is likely to take more;four is the local farmers with straw processing enterprises has a positive impact on the resource utilization of crop farmers the five is to take straw;farmers the straw burning ban policy understanding degree,and the local government to farmers burning straw Detection efforts will affect whether the use of resources.According to the results of empirical analysis,put forward a focus on improving the comprehensive quality of farmers,improve the participation of farmers' resource use,change farmers ingrained,in order to change the status quo of agricultural waste management fundamentally;two is the relevant depfartments and the village committee should step up publicity efforts to enable farmers to really understand the benefits of the comprehensive utilization of agricultural wastes,understand way of resource utilization,and understand the harm of straw direct combustion and manure discharged arbitrarily;the three is to increase the utilization of agricultural waste to support efforts to improve resource utilization levels,improve resource utilization technology can reduce the cost of farmers,increase the possibility of;four is to accelerate the transfer of land,improve the moderate scale management is conducive to the effective allocation of resources and reduce disposal costs;the five is to develop the enterprise resource utilization,benefit In the development of circular agriculture,so that agriculture can be sustained and healthy. |
