The traditional cotton woven fabrics pretreatment process generally divided into three-step approach of desizing,scouring and bleaching process.two-step approach of desizing-scouring and scouring-bleaching process.The capillary effect,desizing percentage,and whiteness of the textiles dealed with above two kinds of technics is good,but all of processes should be carried out under high temperature conditions,and a large amount of steam should be consumed.During the washing process,impurities such as pulp,pectin,cotton wax and so on should be washed away,at the same time,a large amount of softened water needs to be consumed to prevent the impurities from contaminate.Furthermore,high temperature and high humidity production environment is a greater security risk for safety.The above problems that reflected the traditional cotton fabric pretreatment process does not meet the requirements of energy saving,emission reduction and consumption reduction,to meet this requirements,the article studies the condition and auxiliary agent of cold pad-batch short pretreatment process.This subject dicusses the development and application of refining agent for cold rolling refining agent,and choose the environmental friendly surfactants with different structures to be used separately or combined to,verify their application effect in cold pad batch process.In the experimental design process,with high efficiency refining agent CP-2G as reference,and the existing surfactant is fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether AE09,isomeric alcohol polyoxyethylene ether IS07,aliphatic amine polyoxyethylene ether 1815,alcohol ether glycoside AEG050,and secondary alkyl sulfonate SAS60.First,test the physical and chemical indexes of each surface active agent,it includes surface tension,cloud point,room temperature wettability,emulsifying power and alkali resistance at room temperature,and its application effect,including capillary effect,desizing rate,whiteness,weightlessness rate and strength.Compare the above data with the reference CP-2G,obtaines the advantages and disadvantages of each surface active agent,according to the theory of synergistic synergism of the negative and nonionic surfactants,the non-ionic surfactant AE09,IS07,1815,AEG050 and anionic surfactant SAS60 were mixed with different ratios of 1:9,3:7,1:1,7:3 and 9:1 to optimize the best proportion.We apply the above four optimized prescriptions to cold-pad batch pretreatment process,respectively,the following four groups of optimum technological conditions were obtained through orthogonal experimental data analysis,respectively,NaOH 40g/L?AEO9:SAS60(1:9)5g/L?H2O2 16g/L;NaOH 40g/L?ISO7:SAS60(1:9)5g/L?H2O2 16g/L;NaOH 40g/L?1815:SAS60(1:9)5g/L?H2O2 16g/L;NaOH 40g/L?AEG050:SAS60(3:7)7g/L?H2O2 16g/L.Compared with CP-2G,the desizing rate,whiteness and strength by the four groups prescriptions are similar,even better than CP-2G treatment,and the best prescription is ISO7:SAS60=1:9.Take the optimum mixture ratio into the workshop for trial production,CP-2G as a reference,input 20000m grey fabrics,the effect is better than the reference,the cost of auxiliaries is lower than the reference sample,and it is not higher than the cost of pretreatment process auxiliaries.It is worth to promote to the workshop.
