The traditional pre-treatment process of cotton fabrics is generally high temperature and strong alkali.This process has problems such as large energy consumption and serious pollution during the production process,which does not meet the energy-saving and environmental protection requirements of today's textile dyeing and finishing.Therefore,the development of green pretreatment process is imperative.At present,many researchers have explored new technologies for cotton fabric pretreatment in different fields such as enzyme treatment,ozone pretreatment,and ultrasonic pretreatment,and have achieved great results,but they have not been successfully promoted due to various reasons.Electrochemical technology has been successfully applied in various fields such as pulp bleaching and wastewater treatment,providing new ideas for its pretreatment and processing in cotton fabrics.This subject uses electrolytic sodium chloride solution to obtain a working solution with high steady state and high oxidative activity to pretreat cotton fabrics.The subject systematically studied the effects of neutral salt concentration,electrolysis time,p H value and other factors on the performance of high steady-state and highly oxidizing active water,and tested its stability;studied the high-steady-state active water on cotton fabrics The feasibility of one-step one-bath pretreatment.The effects of active substance concentration,treatment time,treatment temperature,treatment p H,and pretreatment conditions on the pretreatment effect of cotton fabrics were studied through single-factor experiments.The new type of pretreatment process was optimized to obtain the optimal process.The pretreatment mechanism of electrochemical method for cotton fabric was explored.The results show that the working solution prepared by the electrolytic method has good stability.With the increase of the neutral salt concentration and the electrolysis time,the content of the highly stable active water active substance and the oxidation potential increase,and the optimal preparation activity is determined.The working fluid prescription and process conditions are: electrolyte concentration at 30 g / l,electrolysis time at 50 min and current intensity of 2A;with the increase of effective active substances in high steady state active water and prolonged treatment time,the more effective the pretreatment effect of cotton fabrics Excellent,the pretreatment effect is better under alkaline conditions.The optimal process obtained is: the active substance concentration is 2.4g / l,the processing temperature is 40 ° C,the processing time is80 min,and the p H is 10.5.Compared with the traditional pretreatment results of cotton fabrics,the optimized process has better technical indexes such as whiteness and strength.The analysis and exploration of the pretreatment mechanism of cotton fabrics by electrochemical methods shows that the prepared high-stability and high-oxidation properties The working fluid contains a variety of active particles,and has the ability to remove oxidants of cotton fiber companions.Scanning electron microscopy was used to analyze the morphology of the fabric before and after the treatment.Using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR),X-ray diffractometer(XRD),thermal differential scanner(DSC),and thermogravimetric analyzer(TG)The cotton fiber structure and properties were analyzed before and after the treatment.The results showed that the infrared spectrum showed that the characteristic peak absorption of gum and oil before treatment was significantly reduced;XRD and thermal analysis showed that the crystal structure of the cotton fabric did not change significantly before and after treatment,and the crystallinity was slightly Decrease;the degree of polymerization of cotton fabrics before and after treatment is more obvious.Compared with the traditional process,the degree of polymerization is slightly inferior.The removal rate of grease and wax is higher than that of the traditional process,and the effect is significant.
