Our country is rich in mineral resources,but poor in per capita.Besides,the mineral resources are nonrenewable;so they should be fully taken advantage of.For the current mining technology,the ore couldn't be recovered totally,but reducing the loss as far as possible.The legacy of ore was a problem facing each mine.With continuously stoping,a large number of pillars had been left over and couldn't be recovered.In the exploitation process,a large amount of ore had been left in the support pillars in Huashugou Copper Mine with sublevel open stoping backfilling method.Because the proportion of this part was large with high taste,stoping the copper just could increase the economy.So it had a great significance on the study of support pillars recovery of sublevel open stoping backfilling method.Support pillars stoping of Huashugou Copper Mine had been studied,based on the sublevel open stoping backfilling method in this task.The degree of damage of the bottom structure affected the stoping support pillars.To solve the problem of laneway block heavily at the bottom of the stope,the recovery method of different thickness of ore body had been optimally designed,and a scheme constructing artificial pillars at the bottom was come up with.At the moment,different stoping method of support pillars had been studied based on two conditions,1760 m above middle stage and following.It needed to reserve2 m thick roof pillars for the 1760 m middle stage above(whose top pillars were under the filling)to stope the pillars following the stage.While for the 1760 m following middle stage,the support pillars were fully mined at once,because the artificial pillars and 0.5m thick artificial floor were built at the bottom above the stage.Furthermore,the security in the stoping process and reasonable width of the access were studied by establishing FLAC-3D numerical model.The research showed that it worked well for Huashugou Copper Mine who had used entrance stoping;and the two conditions that reserved the roof pillars and laid 0.5m thick artificial floor both could meet the demand for security.And we can know from the simulation analysis that 5 meters is just right for thewidth of the access.At present,this method had been got certainty by the mine,and it could be used for reference in similar mines.
