The Huashugou Copper ore body is attached to ? iron and locate in footwall of iron ore body.The Copper ore is mined ahead of iron ore.In order to protect the integrity of the iron ore body and the safety of mining,the Copper ore is mined by method of Sublevel Open Stope with Subsequent Filling to realize effectively the ground pressure control.However,the method is always an anxious problem of stope stability in the process of research.It is not only affect the safety of Copper mining operations,but also directly affect the safety of the late upper iron ore mining environment.Based on the scientific research subject— “Jing Tie Shan ore Copper mining method optimization research”,The occurrence condition of Copper,the material properties of rock and filling body,stope arrangement and related parameters be collected.It is to establish different analysis model of stope structural parameters scheme for selecting stope structure parameters from the aspects of displacement,maximum principal stress,shear stress distribution and plastic zone,analyzing the stope stability.When pillar size is 30 meter or 35 meter or 40 meter,they can ensure the safety of the stope stability,but the stope is the risk of instability,when the pillar size is 40 merer.According to stope exposed area method and the analytic hierarchy process and the comparative analysis of economy,It can not only guarantee the safety and stability of the stope,but also realize the economy of mining,when the room and pillar size is 40 meter.In conclusion,the optimal structure parameter of the stope is that 15 m body thickness,40 m one-step mining room,40 m pillar,40 m two-step mining pillar,40 m artificial filling body.In order to improve the stability of stope,two kinds of anchor arrangement forms are designed on the basis of the tunnel crossing geological condition and construction situation.The stability control technology of stope is illustrated in five aspects,such as the strength of filling body,the roof-contacted rate,the filling time,the monitoring of pillar and top floor and stope structure parameters.The research results of this paper play a key role in the research work.Those results,which have great practical value are recognized and affirmed by mine technical personnel.
