Functional materials is the material basis for the social progress,in which the crystal materials is an important one,such as nonlinear optical crystal materials and magnetic crystal materials,in the field of optoelectronic and information field have important front-end application.So it is necessary to explore the structure of them,and the relationship between the structure and performances,in the hope to find its regularity and characteristics of micro structure.We main focus our attention on the synthesis and exploration of nonlinear optical crystal,there are involved in the second order Jahn-Taylor effect,and we try a geometric model way from the polarity groups.In the process of continuously exploration,we found that even Pb2+,Sb3+,Bi3+ have the similar electronic state and possess the molecular energy close enough,compared to the M2+(M=transitional element),its atomic radius are longer,the nuclear outer shell number are more,so Pb2+,Sb3+,Bi3+ usually tend to form such as diamond chain,battlement,bell and trapezoidal tofu block body geometric primitives with richer polarity,which makes the three elements' oxide/(oxide and halide)geometry more easily combine with the pyramid of Se O3,Te O3,and the seesaw of polarization Te O3 to construct the molecular frameworks of nonlinear optical crystal with even higher polarization degree.In our efforts,we have successfully synthesized: Ba Zn2(Se O3)2Cl2,Ba2Zn2(Se O3)2Cl2,Ba Bi(Se O3)2Cl,Mn Sb2O3(OH)Cl,Fe Sb2O3(OH)Cl,Co Sb2O3(OH)Cl,etc.
